Survey Lengths

The average survey on the platform takes 11 minutes to complete, but the estimated completion time will always be listed on survey invitations (which are e-mailed, or can also be found listed in your account). Not only can you take interesting surveys, but daily poll opportunities and online focus groups are also offered.

Many surveys, as well as the platform itself, is posted on the gobranded domain name. Go Branded is the same as Branded Surveys - it's simply what the panel uses in their url.

Daily Polls

Log into your account daily to receive 5 points for taking the quick poll available on your Branded Surveys Dashboard. You may complete one poll every 24 hours.

Earn Extra Points

Local Deals are provided by businesses and offer additional opportunities to earn points with Branded Surveys. These opportunities are also listed in your Branded Surveys dashboard. The more points you earn, the more qualified you will be for additional opportunities.

How Much Points are Worth

Branded Surveys uses a very simple points conversion system. 500 points = $5 USD, so 100 points = $1. Therefore, each individual point is worth 1 cent, or $0.01.

If you are located in Canada or the UK, you will receive your rewards in your local currency, converted from USD. For instance, a $10 USD payment issued to a Canadian would be equal to approximately $12.50 CAD. $10 USD issued to a UK resident would equal approximately £8.00.

Member's Tip! Answer questions as honestly as possible so the data collected is accurate and the surveys you qualify for are relevant to you. This makes it much easier to complete surveys quicker.

Branded Elite

Branded Elite is Branded Surveys’ rewards program. There are three levels of membership depending on your monthly survey activity. The badge levels are Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each badge level grants members the opportunity to earn weekly bonus points.

As you take surveys throughout the month, you can advance through Bronze, Silver and Gold badge levels. You must meet the minimum survey requirements each month to keep your badge through the next month.

  • Complete 2 surveys per calendar month for Bronze
  • Complete 10 surveys per calendar month for Silver
  • Complete 25 surveys per calendar month for Gold

Earn Weekly Rewards

As a Branded Elite badge member, you can earn a weekly bonus when you complete 12, 20 or 30 surveys per week (Monday-Sunday). Your bonus is a percentage of your total approved survey points for the week.

  • When you complete 12 surveys per week, you can earn a 5% bonus as a Bronze member, a 10% bonus as a Silver member and a 15% bonus as a Gold member.
  • When you complete 20 surveys per week, you can earn a 12% bonus as a Silver member and a 17% bonus as a Gold member.

Waste of time

If they aren't blowing up your email to let you know surveys are available just for you, they are having you take surveys, spend alot of time doing them, to get to the end and them say that you dont qualify. Constantly switching to other sites which you dont get credit for. I wouldnt waste your time signing up for this. I will be cancelling and let them be happy they got free work out of me. Also they seem to make you update your demographics daily.

Incorrect time frames - Irritating

Not a good place to go if you're in a good mood. I took a survey about an hour ago listed for 25 cents for 2 minutes....30 minutes later all I get is 25 cents. I kept thinking when is this going to end. I know there is no point in contacting customer service as they will do NOTHING about it. WASTE OF TIME AND STILL INCORRECT TIME FRAMES FOR ALL SURVEYS. This site is going to the bottom of my list. Hope you get better Branded, It was better before when it was Mintvine.


This company needs to start looking at the times they post for surveys. I took one this morning listed as 3 minutes for 22 cents. It took 23 minutes. This happens all the time and they do nothing about it. The answers for those surveys are going to be bad because people don't like being LIED to. I have contacted them time and time again and nothing changes or gets done to correct the problem. You cannot put in a complaint on a completed survey which is what they told me to do via e-mail the last time this happened which was a few weeks ago. Panelists beware of their Qualtrics surveys as they are all over 20 minutes and pay less than 1 cent per minute, waste of my time. I even have the invite and a screenshot of the time it took. Disappointed!

I have noticed that over the last few weeks BS have decided to reduce the payout on most if not all surveys. They have now teamed up with Peanut Surveys and the point values have plummeted surveys can now give less than 1 cent per minute, in fact i was offered a couple were the payout was less than half a cent per min. In addition the survey lengths are a total farce they offer many surveys showing 28 points for 10 mins they are never ever 10 mins when you enter the survey they are at least 15 mins and more likely 20 mins long. I have cashed in my points I thought they could not get any lower but it appears that they have No doubt they will give there usual response to reject surveys that I don' t think have a reasonable payout but there are no longer any surveys that pay a reasonable amount. If higher value surveys do appear they will already have reached the quota or after a while surprise surprise you will not qualify. Personally i dont think they exist they are just bait Please please save yourself the frustration and dont touch them AVOID at all Costs .
Like many other reviewers I have been a site member for a long time and have seen it slip from a good honest sire to the low of the lows. Others have detailed the decline in bonuses for gold and elite members but of greater frustration the ability to earn points. The surveys are no longer even worth trying one today offered me 25 points for a 24 minute survey come on be realistic. Where a survey is offered that is worthwhile for example one from yesterday which offered 32 points for 7 mins yes it was too good to be true the survey took around 20 mins. In addition about 10% or surveys i complete no reward is given if I complain i sometimes get the reward or more often a couple of points. I have read with interest the responses from BS the same thing over and over and over again how they have done a revamp and making out that they are making it better. If the revamp is so good why so many bad reviews.Like others I have reached the point where it is not worth even trying. Avoid this site until they finally get the message and start treating reviewers as people and not using and abusing their goodwill

UPDATE
I have read the response from Branded survey still no questions answered just the same stock answer. The reduction in points for every survey has nothing to do with the so called revamp . The false length of the surveys has nothing to do with the revamp. The missing points has nothing to do with the revamp. Has anyone gained from this revamp apart from BS

I recently just joined this site. After reading all of the negative comments here about this site. I am really not sure what to do. Maybe Branded Surveys themselves can convince me to stay and give me an honest reason, not just your standard corporate reply. That won't convince me.

not paying completed surveys

more and more you complete a survey then it says you dont qualify you submit a request and days later you get a rejected email calling you a liar and this is increasing to the point of every 3 or 4 surveys completed- as others have said this is clearly a tactic they are employing to not pay people- the site has gone downhill so much now most surveys are paying 10-20p for 15-20 minutes working out at about 60p per hour- then they reject them so basically you have to take a screenshot of every single survey you do on the last page- if you know it is the last page just to prove you did it because the default position is to say you did not complete it- in over 12 years of being on many panels i have never experienced such dishonesty from any panel and been made to feel undervalued and not appreciated as this one the last few months - i cannot believe the regulators are not investigating their conduct- every thing is a battle and it seems they run a lot of surveys that are already full but let you complete them only to reject you after or say it is full presumably because they dont have the skills or competence to take the surveys down and only run live ones. The rewards are getting less and less you used to get good points one but now every 200 or more point i attempt im told i do not qualify often after you have completed half of it!! I just cannot believe how bad it has become and judging by all the other comments they must be losing panel members hand over fist with their behaviour....
