How to Redeem Points

When you complete a survey, you will be rewarded with points and your survey answers will be sent directly to Branded Survey’s market research clients. Once you have earned a minimum of 500 approved points ($5.00 USD), a redemption button will become active in the "My Points" section of your account, allowing you to cash out your earnings and redeem your points.

You can get paid directly to your bank account, allowing you to get your hard earned cash even faster! Upon approval of your withdrawal (1-2 business days), a payout will post to your bank account within 24-48 hours (USA residents only). This withdrawal method was formally known as Branded Pay.

Survey Lengths

The average survey on the platform takes 11 minutes to complete, but the estimated completion time will always be listed on survey invitations (which are e-mailed, or can also be found listed in your account). Not only can you take interesting surveys, but daily poll opportunities and online focus groups are also offered.

Many surveys, as well as the platform itself, is posted on the gobranded domain name. Go Branded is the same as Branded Surveys - it's simply what the panel uses in their url.

Daily Polls

Log into your account daily to receive 5 points for taking the quick poll available on your Branded Surveys Dashboard. You may complete one poll every 24 hours.

Earn Extra Points

Local Deals are provided by businesses and offer additional opportunities to earn points with Branded Surveys. These opportunities are also listed in your Branded Surveys dashboard. The more points you earn, the more qualified you will be for additional opportunities.

How Much Points are Worth

Branded Surveys uses a very simple points conversion system. 500 points = $5 USD, so 100 points = $1. Therefore, each individual point is worth 1 cent, or $0.01.

If you are located in Canada or the UK, you will receive your rewards in your local currency, converted from USD. For instance, a $10 USD payment issued to a Canadian would be equal to approximately $12.50 CAD. $10 USD issued to a UK resident would equal approximately £8.00.

Branded Elite

Branded Elite is Branded Surveys’ rewards program. There are three levels of membership depending on your monthly survey activity. The badge levels are Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each badge level grants members the opportunity to earn weekly bonus points.

As you take surveys throughout the month, you can advance through Bronze, Silver and Gold badge levels. You must meet the minimum survey requirements each month to keep your badge through the next month.

• Complete 2 surveys per calendar month for Bronze
• Complete 10 surveys per calendar month for Silver
• Complete 25 surveys per calendar month for Gold

Earn Weekly Rewards

As a Branded Elite badge member, you can earn a weekly bonus when you complete 12, 20 or 30 surveys per week (Monday-Sunday). Your bonus is a percentage of your total approved survey points for the week.

• When you complete 12 surveys per week, you can earn a 5% bonus as a Bronze member, a 10% bonus as a Silver member and a 15% bonus as a Gold member.

• When you complete 20 surveys per week, you can earn a 12% bonus as a Silver member and a 17% bonus as a Gold member.

• When you complete 30 surveys per week, you can earn a 14% bonus as a Silver member and a 19% bonus as a Gold member.

Re-qualify to Keep Your Badge Status

To maintain your badge color, members are encouraged to keep participating. Note that badges are subject to change on the first of each month if there was minimal participation for the duration of the month.

Branded Leaderboard

Increase your daily payout by getting on the Leaderboard. The Leaderboard tracks the Daily Top 50, Weekly Top 50 and Monthly Top 20 performers and rewards members for their survey completions.

• Daily Top 50 leaders = 50 points
• Weekly Top 50 leaders = 200 points
• Monthly Top 20 leaders = 300 points

Remain Active to Win Daily, Weekly & Monthly Prizes

Remember that for every survey you complete, you will get submitted into a daily, weekly and monthly random prize drawing. Win up to 50 extra points in a daily drawing, 500 points in the weekly drawing and 1000 points for the monthly drawing. The more you participate, the greater number of entries you will receive for the drawings.

Generous Referral Program

Log in to your Branded Surveys account to retrieve your unique referral link which you can share with friends and extended family members to earn extra points. Earn up to 500 bonus points (worth $5!) for each friend referred, based on your current badge status and the badge your friend earns. You can earn points twice for the same referral! First, when they earn a silver badge, and again if they achieve a gold badge.

Take Surveys from Your Phone

Branded Surveys offers a mobile app that is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, giving both iPhone and Android users the opportunity to take surveys from their phone.

The app functions almost identically to the Branded Surveys website, making it intuitive and easy to use. Receive survey notifications directly onto your phone via push notifications, instead of having to sort through email. When you receive a push notification from the app, simply click the survey alert and you will automatically be brought to the survey start page.

Great site, I have been paid a number of times, it goes into paypal quickly and there are lots of surveys.

Not anymore. Has really gone down hill in the last few months. Not sure what's happening but it takes a lot longer to hit $10 than it used to. Survey offers are usually around 20-30 cents, underpaid. Really sad to see what used to be a good site turn bad. Seems to be happening a lot lately.

I've been a part of this panel for almost 2 years now and I have to agree with the reviews when they say Branded Surveys has changed A LOT and not for the better.

I was recently given a quota survey by Branded and after completing it, I received an email. "At Branded, we strive for the utmost quality in our survey-taking. To ensure you are able to continue participating in our surveys, be sure to read through some of our tips below." (There were no tips below in the email) However, if you're striving for the "utmost quality", maybe you should offer more incentive for your members to continue taking your surveys, even when they get disqualified numerously. I spent almost 2 hours on the website today and was only able to achieve getting credit for 5 surveys while I lost count with how many times I was either disqualified or "the survey quota is full." It's almost as if the minute Branded sends you the first email stating you have a new survey (which can come as early as 8am EST) then if you don't jump on the website and do the surveys, you'll miss out but they'll still sit on your dashboard as if they're available. No one can sit online all day doing surveys, and no one wants to sit on a website and feel like they've wasted their time.

Now they have this new thing in the "Branded Elite" tab where you have to earn a certain amount of points a month just to keep your Elite status. It makes no sense to have such a thing, expecting your members to earn over 1000 points a month, when they can barely earn 100 a week.

This used to be a great survey site when it was mintvine. Now I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I took a 2 point questionnaire. My status went from "excellent" to "poor" because I answered the question "what do you like most about taking surveys" with the answer "earning rewards". Apparently, that wasn't a sufficient answer. I received an email immediately chastising me for rushing or using incomplete sentences. Next time, I will write a novel.

I have been a member of branded surveys for 3.5 years. Early on it was pretty good. Over the past 6 months or so, I find that even after I complete surveys, I am not given the points. The surveys are often longer than they claim they will be. And the opportunity for points has decreased.

The final straw for me was last week when I went to cash out $38 and they denied me and told me I was not longer a member because I took surveys "too fast". WHAT???? I have always attempted to answer honestly. I wasn't warned, just booted when I went to cash out. The timing of that is highly suspicious.

I filed a complaint with my State's attorney general.

This survey company was very good, they work with you when you have problems to find them and let you know asap what they find. Payments are fast using PayPal maybe even faster when depositing into a bank account. Doing any survey site you're going to have problems but with this one I don't believe you'll have problems you can't work out with them.

Edit; This isn't a bad report just warning other people watch when you get disqualified about every 3 i get disqualified. There is also another thing to watch out for i keep getting messages when i go to their website to take a survey like this one (This survey is not available to you.) there are a few more. So if you take surveys from them i wouldn't waste to much time if you keep getting these.

Update: I keep getting these error messages and i have got these for 3 days now today being the worst day ever because i can't do 1 survey. They may be just having problems but thats a problem for me too as i'm wasting a lot of time. At this point i have to take there score down i sent them 2 messages so i'll wait and see if i get a response back before i do that.
