How to Redeem Points

When you complete a survey, you will be rewarded with points and your survey answers will be sent directly to Branded Survey’s market research clients. Once you have earned a minimum of 500 approved points ($5.00 USD), a redemption button will become active in the "My Points" section of your account, allowing you to cash out your earnings and redeem your points.

You can get paid directly to your bank account, allowing you to get your hard earned cash even faster! Upon approval of your withdrawal (1-2 business days), a payout will post to your bank account within 24-48 hours (USA residents only). This withdrawal method was formally known as Branded Pay.

Survey Lengths

The average survey on the platform takes 11 minutes to complete, but the estimated completion time will always be listed on survey invitations (which are e-mailed, or can also be found listed in your account). Not only can you take interesting surveys, but daily poll opportunities and online focus groups are also offered.

Many surveys, as well as the platform itself, is posted on the gobranded domain name. Go Branded is the same as Branded Surveys - it's simply what the panel uses in their url.

Daily Polls

Log into your account daily to receive 5 points for taking the quick poll available on your Branded Surveys Dashboard. You may complete one poll every 24 hours.

Earn Extra Points

Local Deals are provided by businesses and offer additional opportunities to earn points with Branded Surveys. These opportunities are also listed in your Branded Surveys dashboard. The more points you earn, the more qualified you will be for additional opportunities.

How Much Points are Worth

Branded Surveys uses a very simple points conversion system. 500 points = $5 USD, so 100 points = $1. Therefore, each individual point is worth 1 cent, or $0.01.

If you are located in Canada or the UK, you will receive your rewards in your local currency, converted from USD. For instance, a $10 USD payment issued to a Canadian would be equal to approximately $12.50 CAD. $10 USD issued to a UK resident would equal approximately £8.00.

Branded Elite

Branded Elite is Branded Surveys’ rewards program. There are three levels of membership depending on your monthly survey activity. The badge levels are Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each badge level grants members the opportunity to earn weekly bonus points.

As you take surveys throughout the month, you can advance through Bronze, Silver and Gold badge levels. You must meet the minimum survey requirements each month to keep your badge through the next month.

• Complete 2 surveys per calendar month for Bronze
• Complete 10 surveys per calendar month for Silver
• Complete 25 surveys per calendar month for Gold

Earn Weekly Rewards

As a Branded Elite badge member, you can earn a weekly bonus when you complete 12, 20 or 30 surveys per week (Monday-Sunday). Your bonus is a percentage of your total approved survey points for the week.

• When you complete 12 surveys per week, you can earn a 5% bonus as a Bronze member, a 10% bonus as a Silver member and a 15% bonus as a Gold member.

• When you complete 20 surveys per week, you can earn a 12% bonus as a Silver member and a 17% bonus as a Gold member.

• When you complete 30 surveys per week, you can earn a 14% bonus as a Silver member and a 19% bonus as a Gold member.

Re-qualify to Keep Your Badge Status

To maintain your badge color, members are encouraged to keep participating. Note that badges are subject to change on the first of each month if there was minimal participation for the duration of the month.

Branded Leaderboard

Increase your daily payout by getting on the Leaderboard. The Leaderboard tracks the Daily Top 50, Weekly Top 50 and Monthly Top 20 performers and rewards members for their survey completions.

• Daily Top 50 leaders = 50 points
• Weekly Top 50 leaders = 200 points
• Monthly Top 20 leaders = 300 points

Remain Active to Win Daily, Weekly & Monthly Prizes

Remember that for every survey you complete, you will get submitted into a daily, weekly and monthly random prize drawing. Win up to 50 extra points in a daily drawing, 500 points in the weekly drawing and 1000 points for the monthly drawing. The more you participate, the greater number of entries you will receive for the drawings.

Generous Referral Program

Log in to your Branded Surveys account to retrieve your unique referral link which you can share with friends and extended family members to earn extra points. Earn up to 500 bonus points (worth $5!) for each friend referred, based on your current badge status and the badge your friend earns. You can earn points twice for the same referral! First, when they earn a silver badge, and again if they achieve a gold badge.

Benefit Your Friends

Your friends also benefit by using your referral link! Upon signing up, they have the chance to earn up to 500 bonus points. They'll receive a 200 point bonus if they reach Silver badge level, and 300 points if they become a Gold badge holder.

Take Surveys from Your Phone

Branded Surveys offers a mobile app that is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, giving both iPhone and Android users the opportunity to take surveys from their phone.

The app functions almost identically to the Branded Surveys website, making it intuitive and easy to use. Receive survey notifications directly onto your phone via push notifications, instead of having to sort through email. When you receive a push notification from the app, simply click the survey alert and you will automatically be brought to the survey start page.

this site used to be good but now.... you do surveys and get the points and waste hours doing their surveys... then they take the points away. one example.. do a survey for 20 mins for 100 points... you get the points and then the next day off your balance. beyond awful! the excuse is the "3rd party" from them.

This is by far the worst site I have dealt with. No matter how many I try I get screened out of surveys, sometimes after putting all the their data in. "pay" is pittance anyways, but it is infuriating none the less.

I have dealt with this survey sight for over five years. Everything was fine until they became Branded Surveys now there's less chance for points. Three times this month I completed a survey and did not get paid, so I reported it and was told each time that there wasn't any missing points. They refuse to pay when a mistake is made by them.

Nothing coming from Branded makes any sense. Since they seem to read the panelists' reviews, I would like to know how they will respond to this absurd. These are the facts:

Nov. 8: I needed to verify my phone number to get PayPal payment on my approved points. After I entered my LANDLINE phone number in the format requested, Branded's system rejected it with the following message: "We cannot allow you to verify your account with a VOIP number." . I tried several times but my HOME phone number was rejected again and again. - I sent a message to Branded.
Nov 9: Received a response from "Amit" stating: "It seems that under this email the account is deleted on July 5th 2018.
Nov.9 I responded to Amit: My account is perfectly active. I have just reached 1001 approved points yesterday and more surveys are waiting to be responded in my email box. A deleted account does not receive daily invitations.
Today, I tried another way to verify my landline phone number. They were supposed to send me a verification code through my telephone. Branded's system responded: "We've sent a 4-digit verification code to (my telephone number) . It begins with the number ..." The problem is that my telephone never rang even though I requested that code 3 times.
Were these people trying to send the code to a landline by texting it? Well, everything is possible in Branded Surveys' world!

I've been a member of Branded for four years.
It used to be a great survey panel. The only gripe was that points took two weeks to be approved and payment took several days.
They have changed their ways recently.

The past two months have not been very good.
It's great that the points are now immediately credited.
And payout now takes up to two days but...
It's becoming harder to get to 1000 points now.
I get over quota, not qualified for 90% of the time i'm there. I used to be able to complete tons of surveys a day.
Lately, surveys have been posted,but when I click on them I get "
This survey is not yet active.
Please try again later."
Why have these surveys up when they are not ready to be taken yet?
That's a big waste of time.

After completing a survey, it will incorrectly tell me that I was either not qualified or its over quota, or its reached it's number. The good thing about Branded is that I can report the survey. Before I take a survey, I make sure that I write the survey name, time, and points. It's extra, but it's important to do this.
When I go to report the survey, all I have to do is look for the weird survey name and time and tap it.
Sadly, I have to report more than one survey a day.
I really hope that Branded gets back to being one of the top survey sites again.
