Survey Lengths

The average survey on the platform takes 11 minutes to complete, but the estimated completion time will always be listed on survey invitations (which are e-mailed, or can also be found listed in your account). Not only can you take interesting surveys, but daily poll opportunities and online focus groups are also offered.

Many surveys, as well as the platform itself, is posted on the gobranded domain name. Go Branded is the same as Branded Surveys - it's simply what the panel uses in their url.

Daily Polls

Log into your account daily to receive 5 points for taking the quick poll available on your Branded Surveys Dashboard. You may complete one poll every 24 hours.

Earn Extra Points

Local Deals are provided by businesses and offer additional opportunities to earn points with Branded Surveys. These opportunities are also listed in your Branded Surveys dashboard. The more points you earn, the more qualified you will be for additional opportunities.

How Much Points are Worth

Branded Surveys uses a very simple points conversion system. 500 points = $5 USD, so 100 points = $1. Therefore, each individual point is worth 1 cent, or $0.01.

If you are located in Canada or the UK, you will receive your rewards in your local currency, converted from USD. For instance, a $10 USD payment issued to a Canadian would be equal to approximately $12.50 CAD. $10 USD issued to a UK resident would equal approximately £8.00.

Member's Tip! Answer questions as honestly as possible so the data collected is accurate and the surveys you qualify for are relevant to you. This makes it much easier to complete surveys quicker.

Branded Elite

Branded Elite is Branded Surveys’ rewards program. There are three levels of membership depending on your monthly survey activity. The badge levels are Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each badge level grants members the opportunity to earn weekly bonus points.

As you take surveys throughout the month, you can advance through Bronze, Silver and Gold badge levels. You must meet the minimum survey requirements each month to keep your badge through the next month.

  • Complete 2 surveys per calendar month for Bronze
  • Complete 10 surveys per calendar month for Silver
  • Complete 25 surveys per calendar month for Gold

Earn Weekly Rewards

As a Branded Elite badge member, you can earn a weekly bonus when you complete 12, 20 or 30 surveys per week (Monday-Sunday). Your bonus is a percentage of your total approved survey points for the week.

  • When you complete 12 surveys per week, you can earn a 5% bonus as a Bronze member, a 10% bonus as a Silver member and a 15% bonus as a Gold member.

Wow, this is really bad

Used to be a great site when it was MintVine. Now they award ending points clearly marked by a date to be approved.
Once I got the points approved by emails to support, I found as many others have also, there is no redeem button!!!! Now I notice the site saying they are having trouble paying out to pay pal. Good grief. Stay away from this place.

Update, well, they accused me of fraudulent points. I have no idea what that means as they list all the points and had not been awarding points on the date indicated. When I complained they accused me of using a web proxy, which I don't. When I protested that as being false, their next email accused I gave false information in my profile!
You know, seriously. What next? I sold secrets to a competitor? I can't believe this place. I've dealt with sites that prolong making a payout and you have to poke them, but making untrue accusations this way? I have reported them everywhere I can think of.

5-14-18 Despite their assurance they'll look into this, they have done nothing.

5-27-18 my last update as they have done nothing but answer inquiries with more false accusations; reported to BBB. It is survey sites like this that all survey sites get their outrageously bad reputations from. Worst I have ever dealt with.

DISCLAIMER: this review is subject to change based on further experiences with this site in the future.

Be aware that I only use Paypal to pay out, and fall within a few minority groups, so survey qualification and thus payout experience and speed might be different for you. Also note, I only do the surveys and the poll on this site, and nothing else.

THE GOOD

After having read so many medium-bad reviews, I was waiting around a bit to see how much trouble I would have with this site before I reviewed it. It's been minimal though and I figured it's time to review it after having paid out with them a few times since February.

First and foremost, their site is very neatly made with a pleasant design. It doesn't feel clunky or slow, and it works as it should. I haven't had any problems with it, and I feel comfortable visiting it unlike when I do other survey sites.

Second, it's a much better experience when you reach Gold level status which I got within a few weeks easily. It seems as if the compensation credits are a lot better in that way, whereas when you normally disqualify you get maybe 2-5 points, but occasionally after attempting and disqualifying many surveys you get awarded 30 points for disqualification, which sounds pretty good to me. Not only that but you can get points for doing a poll every day, and then a pretty decent payout after answering them in a row for a few days. In a way it's a comfort to know I can at least make a few points if I can't invest much time into surveys that day.

Probably my favorite part of the site is the quality control of the surveys. You have a choice to skip surveys just by seeing the time and points offered, and then you can give a reason why. So far, this quality control seems to work and isn't just a placebo. The more I've been in this place the less I see of surveys that would be a waste of time. I've even seen way less of the dreaded checklist overload surveys. They also present you with the highest paying surveys with the least time first, so you can get through those quickly, even earning the disqualification points fast.

All in all, the good parts of this site are worth it, in my opinion. It's a pretty stress-free site. Just remember, don't break the rules, and be HONEST. I know it's a hard at first when you're disqualified so many times, it happened to me too, but eventually you'll qualify more and more if you're patient for a few weeks.

THE BAD

These are hardly a problem, but they sort of stop the site from getting a perfect review.

For one, I can't really say much about the survey offers, except that they exist. They probably work, but I don't consider the payout worth it enough to try. This doesn't affect the site much though.

The one flaw with this site lies in the "survey queue." When you complete a survey, your points are stored in a queue, in which it is later (around 2 weeks) approved or disapproved based on how the survey you took was reviewed. In a way, I understand why they do this, to prevent losses on their own part. Still, the fact it exists makes me nervous. Since I've been on the site I've only had a single survey in queue be disqualified, with no reason given. It's not a bad ratio by any means, but still, it makes me wonder what goes on, and why it wasted my time completing it.

While the survey queue can be understandable, the payout speed is a little more frustrating. Again, I can see why it takes about a week to get payment, but it's a little too much of a waiting game, especially when you need to payout several times. I think this should be improved at least for people in gold status or with higher credits, or to allow a bigger payout to be withdrawn. I'm aware they have their own payment option that you can sign up for for faster withdrawal, but I haven't tried it out of fear of the unknown. If I choose to try it in the future, I will update this review with more info.

Again, the flaws of this site are very minimal. But if you can't do the waiting game, this is probably not optimal.

SHORT SUMMARY: A good site mostly for surveys to use on the side of other survey sites. Expect to wait, but ultimately, it's rewarding to use daily.

Seems pretty good so far. They have a low minimum payout, and it's fast. None of this waiting for 3-4 weeks nonsense. I would rate them higher, but many screen-outs. Overall I'd recommend adding them.

screwed out of earnings

When Branded Surveys took over from Mint Vine, I could no longer redeem points ALREADY earned and I was not eligible to take any surveys. Repeated emails having been sent since before Christmas 2017 were never answered. In the blogs, I found one that listed 3 thing to do to resolve the problem. Having done all of them as I understood them, nothing changed. Continued emailing, working on my account to see if it had started working, and leaving messages at the corporate offices, all to no effect. All I really wanted to do was get paid. But I then sent an email asking about not being offered any surveys for which I was eligible. I actually got an answer from Amit! The upshot of which was that I would have to change my server and/or browser to fix the problem. To change the server, I would have to leave my home and go somewhere that wifi was available. Really???? I shouldn't have to do that to get money owed me BEFORE the change over when servers were not an issue. I refused to change my browser because it's not-for-profit so I don't have to worry about all the things that can happen once my information becomes available to for-profit corporations. After all that was established, I emailed Amit again re: helping me get my pay that I had earned, that was owed to me, and that I should NOT have to do anything additional to received. I think that anyone who changed servers or has just started working for this BS (pun absolutely intended) will do fine. BUT if a problem arises, believe me, this company feels no responsibility whatsoever to make it right and users are just as likely as not to get screwed. $40 means nothing to BS but it is HUGE to me. I earned it and I should have received it. Just a heads. A company who doesn't care about one worked basically cares about none. I hope they tank.
