Earn a Payout in as Little as One Week!

Payouts on Branded Surveys range in value for surveys and can be as high as 300 points. How to Redeem Points

When you complete a survey, you will be rewarded with points and your survey answers will be sent directly to Branded Survey’s market research clients. Once you have earned a minimum of 500 approved points ($5.00 USD), a redemption button will become active in the "My Points" section of your account, allowing you to cash out your earnings and redeem your points.

You can get paid directly to your bank account, allowing you to get your hard earned cash even faster! Upon approval of your withdrawal (1-2 business days), a payout will post to your bank account within 24-48 hours (USA residents only). This withdrawal method was formally known as Branded Pay.

Survey Lengths

The average survey on the platform takes 11 minutes to complete, but the estimated completion time will always be listed on survey invitations (which are e-mailed, or can also be found listed in your account). Not only can you take interesting surveys, but daily poll opportunities and online focus groups are also offered.

Many surveys, as well as the platform itself, is posted on the gobranded domain name. Go Branded is the same as Branded Surveys - it's simply what the panel uses in their url.

Daily Polls

Log into your account daily to receive 5 points for taking the quick poll available on your Branded Surveys Dashboard. You may complete one poll every 24 hours.

Earn Extra Points

Local Deals are provided by businesses and offer additional opportunities to earn points with Branded Surveys. These opportunities are also listed in your Branded Surveys dashboard. The more points you earn, the more qualified you will be for additional opportunities.

How Much Points are Worth

Branded Surveys uses a very simple points conversion system. 500 points = $5 USD, so 100 points = $1. Therefore, each individual point is worth 1 cent, or $0.01.

If you are located in Canada or the UK, you will receive your rewards in your local currency, converted from USD. For instance, a $10 USD payment issued to a Canadian would be equal to approximately $12.50 CAD. $10 USD issued to a UK resident would equal approximately £8.00.

Branded Elite

Branded Elite is Branded Surveys’ rewards program. There are three levels of membership depending on your monthly survey activity. The badge levels are Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each badge level grants members the opportunity to earn weekly bonus points.

As you take surveys throughout the month, you can advance through Bronze, Silver and Gold badge levels. You must meet the minimum survey requirements each month to keep your badge through the next month.

• Complete 2 surveys per calendar month for Bronze
• Complete 10 surveys per calendar month for Silver
• Complete 25 surveys per calendar month for Gold

Earn Weekly Rewards

As a Branded Elite badge member, you can earn a weekly bonus when you complete 12, 20 or 30 surveys per week (Monday-Sunday). Your bonus is a percentage of your total approved survey points for the week.

• When you complete 12 surveys per week, you can earn a 5% bonus as a Bronze member, a 10% bonus as a Silver member and a 15% bonus as a Gold member.

• When you complete 20 surveys per week, you can earn a 12% bonus as a Silver member and a 17% bonus as a Gold member.

• When you complete 30 surveys per week, you can earn a 14% bonus as a Silver member and a 19% bonus as a Gold member.

Re-qualify to Keep Your Badge Status

To maintain your badge color, members are encouraged to keep participating. Note that badges are subject to change on the first of each month if there was minimal participation for the duration of the month.

Branded Leaderboard

Increase your daily payout by getting on the Leaderboard. The Leaderboard tracks the Daily Top 50, Weekly Top 50 and Monthly Top 20 performers and rewards members for their survey completions.

• Daily Top 50 leaders = 50 points
• Weekly Top 50 leaders = 200 points
• Monthly Top 20 leaders = 300 points

Remain Active to Win Daily, Weekly & Monthly Prizes

Remember that for every survey you complete, you will get submitted into a daily, weekly and monthly random prize drawing. Win up to 50 extra points in a daily drawing, 500 points in the weekly drawing and 1000 points for the monthly drawing. The more you participate, the greater number of entries you will receive for the drawings.

Generous Referral Program

Log in to your Branded Surveys account to retrieve your unique referral link which you can share with friends and extended family members to earn extra points. Earn up to 500 bonus points (worth $5!) for each friend referred, based on your current badge status and the badge your friend earns. You can earn points twice for the same referral! First, when they earn a silver badge, and again if they achieve a gold badge.

Benefit Your Friends

Your friends also benefit by using your referral link! Upon signing up, they have the chance to earn up to 500 bonus points. They'll receive a 200 point bonus if they reach Silver badge level, and 300 points if they become a Gold badge holder.

Take Surveys from Your Phone

Branded Surveys offers a mobile app that is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, giving both iPhone and Android users the opportunity to take surveys from their phone.

The app functions almost identically to the Branded Surveys website, making it intuitive and easy to use. Receive survey notifications directly onto your phone via push notifications, instead of having to sort through email. When you receive a push notification from the app, simply click the survey alert and you will automatically be brought to the survey start page.

Update 6/19/2017:

No longer happy with Mintvine. Very few surveys, and most don't pay DQ points anymore. Lots of errors, and getting halfway through a survey, only to be told that survey is over its quota. As soon as I can get my last 1000 points cashed out, I'm done with Mintvine. This has been going on for the past 6-8 weeks.

Mintvine is a great survey site if you don't mind waiting a week after you cash out to get your money. They have tons of survey opportunities, and if you don't qualify, you still get a couple of points (most surveys, not all.) towards your cashout amount.

Customer service is decent, and I like that you can track all of the surveys you've done and when the points for each one will clear -- admittedly, though, having to wait for points to "clear" seems a little...excessive. Maybe do a better job of vetting survey takers at the beginning with a reCAPCHA instead of holding legitimate earnings?

Anyway, Mintvine isn't bad, if you're willing to wait to get paid.

I have not received my pay out and it has been over a month and it is my first pay out. I have left two emails for "customer service" and have not received one response. It says it has been processed yet I haven't received it or a response from customer service as to what they're doing about it. There is no number to talk to a human being. The one listed about takes you to State Farm. I am not pleased at all and I never leave reviews. And since I left my message I received the general email updated we all get so I know they are emailing just ignoring my request!

Well since I made a complaint about Mintvine and Your-Survey duo, they have retaliated against me after complaining about them to the BBB. I can no longer participate in surveys. However, they did not disable my account, instead they block me from any participation. I now get this message when attempting a survey: "You're not invited to participate in this opportunity."

Mintvine's response to my survey police review is banal and repetitive copy-paste response that does not support any belief that they are doing anything wrong. Mintvine, along with Your-Surveys have not responded to each's BBB complaint.

My lowered score is due to their support provider, your-surveys. You-surveys ignores tickets for months, repeatedly and when they do it's snide and accusatorial. Since neither is good at response, I've filed BBB complaints.

However, I like that the payout threshold is low and the interval to receiving reward is reasonable, about a week. However the screen-out rate is very high, so you can spend a fair amount of time to qualify. The reward scheme is very linear, so not very much incentive to accumulate large pool of points, unless there's something specific you want.

Even with daily visits and completing peripheral activities, don't expect more than $100 a year.

Their quality scoring system is entirely capricious and they offer no explanation how these scores arrived at and the customer "support" contractor Your-Surveys takes months to reply and when they do it's very unfriendly and no substantial effort to resolve the issue. Additionally, Mintvine does not make it easy to communicate with Your-Survey

This used to be one of the BEST sites on the web, but for the past week and a half everything seems to be going to hell in a hand basket. People are complaining about not being able to redeem their points (the "redeem' button has mysteriously disappeared for some) and they (MintVine) have added a "qualifications" page that just keeps repeating itself, so without checking every time you do a survey, you are not sure if you have been awarded points or not. There have been several instances where a survey appears in your queue and when you click on the "start survey' icon you get a message "You have not been invited to this survey" Really???? I've sent 2 emails to "support" (receiving only the form letter with the "thank you for letting us know about this problem, we will contact you within the next 48 hours") Nope. Nope they will not because they haven't. I have tried to contact them via their Facebook page (which they apparently have time to update with cute animal pictures several times a day, but have no time to respond to members or fix their site) but to no avail. Going to give it a few more days then if nothing changes will probably cash out and go on. It's a shame because they used to be so dependable.

Ive been using this site for years now and never have problems with the customer service. Occasionally the survey company themselves will mess up or DQ after i almost completed but if I tell mintvine they always look into it and its always been in my favor. Everything about this site is great except they do have a pending period (to make sure you're not cheating/being honest etc) which is 15 days. Then once your points are approved they have to reach 1000 (10 bucks) to cash out. Thats another 3-5 days to wait for cashout. I've only used paypal so im not sure if they offer giftcards etc. Would of gave them a 5 if it wasnt for the unusually long approval time, i understand why they do this just think it shouldn't be as long.
