Great reward options

Take surveys in exchange for cash offered via Payoneer (prepaid debit Mastercard), Amazon vouchers or for Dining Dough gift cards (that can be used at various restaurants). Note that depending on which country you are taking a survey from, you may only have the option of redeeming a Payoneer prepaid debit Mastercard. Sweepstakes opportunities for chances to win $100, $250 or $1000, are also offered.

Bonus rewards are offered if a survey taker is "screened out" during a session. 10 cents is also given to users as a form of appreciation and a compensation for their time when they do not qualify for a survey. Although it’s a small amount, it adds up quickly! Rewards are awarded after the entire survey is closed, which is typically between 2-6 weeks. These guys are good. They give you $0.10 even if you don't qualify and they make sure to credit you if there are technical issues with their surveys. No questions asked. I recently had to adjust their rating because now they are paying $0.20 for home trials. Look, just because people like home trials doesn't mean you should keep all the money for yourself. These sites are out of control.

A little tidbit first of all, this site does not pay you until they get paid, which is states takes 2-4 weeks. At first it was all good, it took about a month and a half to get my first $10 gift card. The next time I had all of the money I needed but the last survey I needed to get my giftcard would not clear, and for some reason when one doesn't clear the other ones won't clear. Finally 2 months after I took the survey I got fed up with it not clearing and I contacted them, they took care of it after a couple of days. I have gotten 2 more giftcards through them with that same exact issue since then. Now down to the part why they are only getting 1.5 stars. Last week I contacted them saying one survey wasn't clearing (I was ready to get a giftcard again, and the survey was from 5/1) they contacted me back in 2 days and when I got back on my account a $2.50 survey that was still pending was gone, and $.50 survey that cleared 2 weeks ago was back on my account under pending. So I emailed them about it and we talked and all of a sudden the guy I am emailing starts getting very rude and I had tried my best to be cordial. We emailed a bit more after that and he said that I need the survey number from the survey that vanished from my account. I told him who keeps their emails with the survey numbers from over a month ago. He got all snotty and told me that the issue was closed even though it was not resolved on my end. I told him that I wanted to chat with a manager and 2 days later I still haven't gotten any reply. I am going to quit after I get my giftcard, they just are not worth it. If you want a survey site that pays in a timely manner and one that does not steal money from your account and claim it was never there then look at someone else.

If I could have rated this as -2 stars, I would have because it does not deserve any part of a star. I have been with this survey for about 3 months. For the first month, they refused to accept my surveys because I had either cheated or allowed someone else to use my computer. It took me several emails to customer service before anyone responded. When they did, they fixed my access to my reward system rather than the problem I had complained about. When it was finally fixed, I had plenty of surveys, however, they either paid .10-.75 cents or they said that the survey had already closed. I spent 25 minutes on one survey for only .50 cents, and after I finished they told me that this survey had been closed for TWO WEEKS!!!! I have also been told that it will take them 2-4 wks. before I can access my rewards. It is NOT true that the more money they offer, the longer the survey. I have taken surveys that have taken 30 minutes or more, and I've only been paid .75 cents! I don't really care how many surveys they send out, I'm through!

Update review:

I have just discovered that your balance expires after 12 months and it subsequently disappears from your account. So, not only did I not qualify/receive enough surveys to redeem, but now it expires through no fault of my own.

Absolutely disgusting and in my opinion it is tantamount to theft!

I can't recommend this site at all if this is how they operate and my score would have been a zero if I could have given it.

Surveys are long and do not pay much $0.50-1 on average. They paid me twice and had no problem with that. But 2 months ago they decide to implement a verification method by phone. So beware you have to own one in order to be verified by sms or otherwise you won't be able to cash out your rewards and your time will be wasted. I do not like this new method and since I don't have a cell I'll quit.
