Earn e-Rewards

Earn Opinion Points/e-Rewards currency for taking surveys. Exchange your points for gift cards, magazine subscriptions, hotel reward points, and airline points. Choose from over 30 different retailers to redeem gift cards with, including Best Buy, CVS Pharmacy, Walmart, Macy's and more. You may redeem a gift card only once per quarter with most gift card options.

Prizes

e-Rewards can also be redeemed towards prizes. Many prizes come in the form of discounts towards purchasing products and services they provide.

Redeem Your e-Rewards Currency

In most cases, your account will be credited as soon as you complete a survey. However, in some cases the credit may take up to 7 days to appear on your account. Similarly, e-Rewards sends most electronic gift cards immediately upon request (within one hour). Most physical gift cards will be sent out within 4-6 weeks of redemption.

e-Rewards also requires mobile and landline verification in order to redeem your rewards. This verification helps you keep your rewards secure. For data security, they will need to verify your account with a valid US mobile or landline number in order to redeem your reward. Once you provide your number, you will receive a verification code via that number that you will need to enter in order to finalize the redemption process.

You can redeem your e-Rewards Currency/Opinion Points as soon as you accumulate enough to qualify for the reward you desire (the lowest gift card option is $10).

Invitation-Only Panel

e-Rewards is an invitation-only online survey panel. You may be invited to become a member by providing your email to one of the e-Reward partner companies. Once invited, e-Rewards is free to join.

Survey Setup

e-Rewards provides members the option to participate in various surveys and studies. Respondents have 30 days to complete the surveys.

Eligibility: Must be 13+ to join in USA/Canada. Minimum age to join varies in other regions.

I've had good luck

I've used E-rewards for years. As of late I get about $130 in rewards every month or two without issue. You simply have to fall into the desired demographics. If you're a married working homeowner with a kid or college student you quality for a lot of surveys. It's like television ratings, if you're in the target audience that's what the companies doing the marketing and research seek. My largest complaint is some of their affiliates have surveys that don't work on tablets or smartphones (so you can't just do one or two at work on lunch) and they reach capacity by the time you can use a computer. My second complaint is some of the surveys will crash and you can't access them again. Other than that I have always received whatever I redeemed the rewards for. If you're between 20 and 40 and in college, own a home, are married, work have a kid I'd say give them a try.

Update 2/14/2020, still at it after years and years, sit down and do surveys at night while watching TV, there have been a lot of cell phone surveys in the wake of the Sprint/T-Mobile merger, been getting $20 in e-rewards $ a day. I generally cycle through all the available gift cards and get back to the start when the 3 months is up for the 90 day ones. Keeps my Starbucks and iTunes accounts loaded without fail. Sure you’ll get rejected for surveys but don’t let it discourage you.

Some late disqualifications and even after survey completion. Limited options for cash out. Dollar amounts for surveys don't equal what you get to cash out. A $50 egift card will cost you $145 of your e-rewards dollars so beware. Surveys always take longer than their time estimates and they don't have accurate survey topics.

One Incredibly Annoying Problem

I have been doing e-Rewards for several years now and unlike some other reviews I've seen, I've never had trouble acquiring points.

My biggest problem with them is they a want a email address and a cell phone or landline number, but for some reason they don't consider my phone a cell phone. I can't cash in points because they won't send the access code to my number and I don't have a landline. I cashed in points in January with no problem, but yesterday, they started in with the access code thing again. I have used someone else's phone in the past, but it's really getting annoying to them having to send me the code. Yesterday, I kept putting in the code they sent and it kept giving me a error and wouldn't take it. When I contacted customer service, they wanted me to send a screen shot of the error which would entail having to send the person's phone yet another code.

I have literally been taking surveys with them for years! I think it's obvious I am not a robot and I don't understand why my phone number, which I've also had for years cannot be used to send a access code to.

It's disappointing since except for this I consider e-Rewards one of the more legitimate survey sites. At this point, I may do what I have to do to cash in my points and discontinue taking surveys with them.

I have been going back and forth with customer service to redeem a $10 reward to Marcus. They gave me a 800 number to call and was for fandango, they couldn't help. contacted Marcus and they can't help. e-rewards asked for my code and pin and they won't help. Wish I could give them a rating for 0 the same help I got from them. so they read my review and i have e-mailed them 8 times and they want me to contact them again? They never responded to the last one! what a joke!

This Used To Be Good!

I used to enjoy this survey company. Lately, the rewards have been slacking! I also haven't been able to cash out for something good in months! I have received a handful of free magazine subscriptions. Plus you can spend 20 minutes on a survey, be disqualified, and earn very little for your effort!
