Earn e-Rewards
Earn Opinion Points/e-Rewards currency for taking surveys. Exchange your points for gift cards, magazine subscriptions, hotel reward points, and airline points. Choose from over 30 different retailers to redeem gift cards with, including Best Buy, CVS Pharmacy, Walmart, Macy's and more. You may redeem a gift card only once per quarter with most gift card options.
Prizes
e-Rewards can also be redeemed towards prizes. Many prizes come in the form of discounts towards purchasing products and services they provide.
Redeem Your e-Rewards Currency
In most cases, your account will be credited as soon as you complete a survey. However, in some cases the credit may take up to 7 days to appear on your account. Similarly, e-Rewards sends most electronic gift cards immediately upon request (within one hour). Most physical gift cards will be sent out within 4-6 weeks of redemption.
e-Rewards also requires mobile and landline verification in order to redeem your rewards. This verification helps you keep your rewards secure. For data security, they will need to verify your account with a valid US mobile or landline number in order to redeem your reward. Once you provide your number, you will receive a verification code via that number that you will need to enter in order to finalize the redemption process.
You can redeem your e-Rewards Currency/Opinion Points as soon as you accumulate enough to qualify for the reward you desire (the lowest gift card option is $10).

Invitation-Only Panel
e-Rewards is an invitation-only online survey panel. You may be invited to become a member by providing your email to one of the e-Reward partner companies. Once invited, e-Rewards is free to join.
Survey Setup
e-Rewards provides members the option to participate in various surveys and studies. Respondents have 30 days to complete the surveys.
Eligibility: Must be 13+ to join in USA/Canada. Minimum age to join varies in other regions.

The surveys are usually straight forward and rarely do I have a problem with content not loading. You have to do a lot of surveys for the rewards points to mean anything. And from what I can see its not possible to redeem points for cash, which for me is a huge negative. However the main reason for giving such a low rating, is how frequent I complete a survey, after 15+ minutes of answering questions and finally the survey says I've answered all their questions and now a few more questions for statistical purposes, and then I'm told I did not fit the criteria they are looking for so I won't be able to finish the survey and receive a reward, even though I clearly did just complete the survey in full. I'm sure this is not e-Rewards that is doing this but the companies that are making these surveys are making them so that they get all the answers they want and at the end say everyone didn't qualify. After being disqualified from the survey there is no survey number or way to report to e-Rewards which survey you got tricked by. E-Rewards needs to increase its oversight of the surveys it hosts and include some method of accurately reporting when a survey disqualifies users when the survey was clearly completed in full.

I was referred to you rewards through a Ticketmaster purchase. I accepted the referral and started offering information as requested. There were many times where I would answer questions but then out of nowhere, was deemed unfit for the study and received the minimum promised reward. Also, some of the surveys were extremely lengthy and did not offer a reward worth the time and effort.

E-rewards was the very first survey site I had joined and I really enjoy it. It doesn't take long to reach a reward amount and redeem. The only issue I have, but is a minor issue, is that you can only redeem a reward from the same company once (about 3 months) quarterly but they have plenty others to choose from.

Reached reward level for e-voucher but none are available. No response to email questions. Is this a responsible organisation with unacknowledged problems ?
some time later: Amazon vouchers advertised still but none available - very loathe to say if they will become available in the near future. I suspect they have no intention of making them available.
Treat their replies - if you can get one! - with caution
Still no replies to emails and Amazon vouchers still 'out of stock' (24/03/2015)
Eventually received an Amazon voucher - very late.
Update: 17/02/2016
Amazon vouchers (only reward available offered) out of stock - same old failing!
December 2017: much improved and I will amend my rating from one star
Update November 2018: two objections: 1. never given a reason for being screened out 2. more seriously, they never receive a reply to questions - surely this should be part of good customer service.

Been a member for years. Account in good standing. Have contacted them REPEATEDLY about a redemption problem BUT no human ever responds. All you get is the automated email with a bunch of unrelated/unhelpful generic help suggestions and instructions to reply if those don't help and then a support person will contact you. But they NEVER do. And, BTW, their automated emails do prove they are receiving my messages. It's just that no human ever responds afterwards. Also, I see from MANY other reviews here that the same thing is happening to others as well. Clearly e-Rewards can no longer be trusted. And if for some crazy reason you're still thinking about joining then make sure you view their rewards page first. It is VERY limited and as bad as that looks, you don't find out until you've joined and spent a ton of time accumulating points that almost all of those limited options also have the further limitation that you can only get 1 reward per quarter. Do you really want to deal with that AND customer support which has now apparently stopped responding to anyone???
