Payment and Rewards

Earn e-Rewards

Earn Opinion Points/e-Rewards currency for taking surveys. Exchange your points for gift cards, magazine subscriptions, hotel reward points, and airline points. Choose from over 30 different retailers to redeem gift cards with, including Best Buy, CVS Pharmacy, Walmart, Macy's and more. You may redeem a gift card only once per quarter with most gift card options.

Prizes

e-Rewards can also be redeemed towards prizes. Many prizes come in the form of discounts towards purchasing products and services they provide.

Redeem Your e-Rewards Currency

In most cases, your account will be credited as soon as you complete a survey. However, in some cases the credit may take up to 7 days to appear on your account. Similarly, e-Rewards sends most electronic gift cards immediately upon request (within one hour). Most physical gift cards will be sent out within 4-6 weeks of redemption.

e-Rewards also requires mobile and landline verification in order to redeem your rewards. This verification helps you keep your rewards secure. For data security, they will need to verify your account with a valid US mobile or landline number in order to redeem your reward. Once you provide your number, you will receive a verification code via that number that you will need to enter in order to finalize the redemption process.

You can redeem your e-Rewards Currency/Opinion Points as soon as you accumulate enough to qualify for the reward you desire (the lowest gift card option is $10).

dissapointed

March 21, 2017 by rebecca from United Kingdom

Like so many others, I too have had my account de-activated after many years of answering surveys honestly and thoughtfully.
What really galls is the way they seem to have accused a lot of us of giving bogus survey answers. If they had sent an email saying that they needed newer members and thanks for all our help in the past, then I'm sure we would have understood better. Luckily I lost very few points as I've always cashed in rewards as soon as they accumulated.
Very poor practice is my verdict.

Shady Business

March 20, 2017 by Raelyn from United States

A month ago I would have told you this was the best group to be a member of. I have been a member for 8 years. A couple of weeks ago I attempted to take a survey and was told there were no surveys matching my profile, even though I had received many e-mails to take a survey. Then when I tried to log into my account, which as many of you have already said, had a couple hundred dollars in points, I was told it had been deactivated. When I inquired why, after three attempts, all I got told, like many of you again, was they "identified several discrepancies in your account details and/or survey activity that are in breach of our terms and conditions," and I believe I answer each question as thoroughly and as honestly as possible. I am still awaiting an answer as to what exact discrepancies they found, though no one has replied to me yet. It seems that they went through and anyone with a significant amount of money earned in their account they closed the account. Very shady practices.

Account Suspended, contacted e-rewards.

March 17, 2017 by Lar from United States

Had same recent situation as others. I contacted the parent company (Research Now) at (214) 782-2800.

Account Suspended "at my request due to extended inactivity," even though I had been in there and completed surveys three weeks ago.

I was able to get to someone after three tries that was able to help and explain the situation.

As with the others, I was told this was due to "routine quality checks" and I should read and respond to each survey carefully, taking my time.

I told the agent that I am a speed reader and can read and comprehend in a fraction of the time of the average person, and that in 5 years doing the surveys, I have never been questioned...let alone suspended without any warning, or communication prior to the suspension.

I too had several hundred dollars in e-reward "currency" in my bank at the time of the incident.
