Earn e-Rewards

Earn Opinion Points/e-Rewards currency for taking surveys. Exchange your points for gift cards, magazine subscriptions, hotel reward points, and airline points. Choose from over 30 different retailers to redeem gift cards with, including Best Buy, CVS Pharmacy, Walmart, Macy's and more. You may redeem a gift card only once per quarter with most gift card options.

Prizes

e-Rewards can also be redeemed towards prizes. Many prizes come in the form of discounts towards purchasing products and services they provide.

Redeem Your e-Rewards Currency

In most cases, your account will be credited as soon as you complete a survey. However, in some cases the credit may take up to 7 days to appear on your account. Similarly, e-Rewards sends most electronic gift cards immediately upon request (within one hour). Most physical gift cards will be sent out within 4-6 weeks of redemption.

e-Rewards also requires mobile and landline verification in order to redeem your rewards. This verification helps you keep your rewards secure. For data security, they will need to verify your account with a valid US mobile or landline number in order to redeem your reward. Once you provide your number, you will receive a verification code via that number that you will need to enter in order to finalize the redemption process.

You can redeem your e-Rewards Currency/Opinion Points as soon as you accumulate enough to qualify for the reward you desire (the lowest gift card option is $10).

Invitation-Only Panel

e-Rewards is an invitation-only online survey panel. You may be invited to become a member by providing your email to one of the e-Reward partner companies. Once invited, e-Rewards is free to join.

Survey Setup

e-Rewards provides members the option to participate in various surveys and studies. Respondents have 30 days to complete the surveys.

Eligibility: Must be 13+ to join in USA/Canada. Minimum age to join varies in other regions.

Deceptive Trade Practices

Presently, the company, E-Rewards is advertising several magazine specials that include Audible. If a person has at least $20-$40 dollars in credits he or she may choose magazines from Health, Cooking Lite, Real Simple, People, Time and Entertainment Weekly with a $10 Audible credit. What they're doing is once a person elects to cash in on their first credit, he or she will receive the magazines along with the $10 Audible credit. However, if the person completes additional surveys and elect to choose additional magazines, the staff at E-Rewards is giving out credits that have already been cashed out by other customers. Please beware of this company as they are shady and very much deceive their customers.

I've been doing erewards now for over 10 yrs. I've not had any problems with them returning a response to me within 24 hrs. My only problem is sometimes doing a survey and then finding out they have really cheap the quota for my area or age group, which usually by that time has wasted 15-20 mins. or more of my time. This should be done a better way. Oh and I wished they had better thinks you could buy with your points.

I have over a long period had cause to write to the membership department of e-rewards on about four occasions. They NEVER answer your question and send the frequent Q & A's instead. Avoid this company unless you really are desperate. Whilst they actioned my cancellation it didn't merit a "sorry to see you are leaving us" response.

Terrible customer support

I have been having problems with Erewards as when I try to respond to a survey I get a message An error occurred.It appears you are accessing this survey from a location that is different from the country for which this survey is intended. Have been contacting CS for months with no resolution, There answer is to try to get an invite from another vendor

Been with E-rewards the Past 5 Years

E-rewards have gotten worse in terms of their surveys. Though I have received some perks over the years they now have gotten worse where you spend a 10-15 minutes then they boot you out by saying we have enough reviews already. This has happen more than a few times and especially recently. I may quit the service if e-rewards do not change its policies.
