Earn e-Rewards

Earn Opinion Points/e-Rewards currency for taking surveys. Exchange your points for gift cards, magazine subscriptions, hotel reward points, and airline points. Choose from over 30 different retailers to redeem gift cards with, including Best Buy, CVS Pharmacy, Walmart, Macy's and more. You may redeem a gift card only once per quarter with most gift card options.

Prizes

e-Rewards can also be redeemed towards prizes. Many prizes come in the form of discounts towards purchasing products and services they provide.

Redeem Your e-Rewards Currency

In most cases, your account will be credited as soon as you complete a survey. However, in some cases the credit may take up to 7 days to appear on your account. Similarly, e-Rewards sends most electronic gift cards immediately upon request (within one hour). Most physical gift cards will be sent out within 4-6 weeks of redemption.

e-Rewards also requires mobile and landline verification in order to redeem your rewards. This verification helps you keep your rewards secure. For data security, they will need to verify your account with a valid US mobile or landline number in order to redeem your reward. Once you provide your number, you will receive a verification code via that number that you will need to enter in order to finalize the redemption process.

You can redeem your e-Rewards Currency/Opinion Points as soon as you accumulate enough to qualify for the reward you desire (the lowest gift card option is $10).

Invitation-Only Panel

e-Rewards is an invitation-only online survey panel. You may be invited to become a member by providing your email to one of the e-Reward partner companies. Once invited, e-Rewards is free to join.

Survey Setup

e-Rewards provides members the option to participate in various surveys and studies. Respondents have 30 days to complete the surveys.

Eligibility: Must be 13+ to join in USA/Canada. Minimum age to join varies in other regions.

I have been a member for many years and have had good and bad years in earnings with this company. The rewards offered seem to depend upon which company referred you when you joined....some offered just magazines and airline miles and others offered gift cards. My recent experiences have been good. If you consistently fill out their surveys that come every few days and you accumulate $70-75 in rewards, you can get a $25 gift card to Macy's, Starbucks, Ticketmaster, and few other stores. It comes in the mail within a week or two. The surveys are usually easy to complete and reward you a small amount if you screen out or the entire amount if you complete the survey, which is nice. It appears to be an honest panel to me.

A couple years ago I gave eRewards 4 stars. Since then they have really changed for the worse. Like others have stated, you can spend a long time on a survey and give much specific info and then be told that they have all the respondents that are needed (this is after they have your info). They also used to address your complaints in earnest and now just blow them off with a boilerplate email. Too bad. I used to like doing their surveys and now feel ripped off almost half the time.

E-Rewards used to be a great place. Now, most of the time I answer questions, and answer questions and answer questions, and specific product questions and specific spending habit questions only to be told at the end of a lengthy process that they already have all the responses they need. What a nasty way to treat your members, especially those that have been with you for several years.

I have been with e-rewards.com for well over a year and have no complaints about the surveys. I have taken enough that I currently have $300 in e-reward dollars. The problem with e-rewards.com, like others here have pointed out, is the rewards suck. The majority of rewards are airline miles and hotel points. There are a few gift certificates for higher end department stores like Macy's [boo!], as well as for Gamestop [which I do use] but the problem is, they only allow ONE gift card per quarter. Amazon.com gift cards were available at one point, but are no longer offered. Another problem with gift cards is you have to use $75 in e-rewards.com bucks in order to get a $25 gift card.

I have been with E-Rewards for a very long time. The surveys are good and the company is legit, but the decent rewards are a thing of the past here. Unless you like Game Stop, have frequent flyer, or hotel chain rewards accounts you want to add on to, I'd skip it. They offer rewards like $50 off a $200 purchase at XYZ, etc. Not necessarily worth the time.
