Earn e-Rewards

Earn Opinion Points/e-Rewards currency for taking surveys. Exchange your points for gift cards, magazine subscriptions, hotel reward points, and airline points. Choose from over 30 different retailers to redeem gift cards with, including Best Buy, CVS Pharmacy, Walmart, Macy's and more. You may redeem a gift card only once per quarter with most gift card options.

Prizes

e-Rewards can also be redeemed towards prizes. Many prizes come in the form of discounts towards purchasing products and services they provide.

Redeem Your e-Rewards Currency

In most cases, your account will be credited as soon as you complete a survey. However, in some cases the credit may take up to 7 days to appear on your account. Similarly, e-Rewards sends most electronic gift cards immediately upon request (within one hour). Most physical gift cards will be sent out within 4-6 weeks of redemption.

e-Rewards also requires mobile and landline verification in order to redeem your rewards. This verification helps you keep your rewards secure. For data security, they will need to verify your account with a valid US mobile or landline number in order to redeem your reward. Once you provide your number, you will receive a verification code via that number that you will need to enter in order to finalize the redemption process.

You can redeem your e-Rewards Currency/Opinion Points as soon as you accumulate enough to qualify for the reward you desire (the lowest gift card option is $10).

Invitation-Only Panel

e-Rewards is an invitation-only online survey panel. You may be invited to become a member by providing your email to one of the e-Reward partner companies. Once invited, e-Rewards is free to join.

Survey Setup

e-Rewards provides members the option to participate in various surveys and studies. Respondents have 30 days to complete the surveys.

Eligibility: Must be 13+ to join in USA/Canada. Minimum age to join varies in other regions.

I have been with e-rewards for awhile now and have been able to cash in for rewards once a month for the last year!

They may have been legit at one time, but I don't know what's going on. After being a member for nearly a year with no problems and receiving survey offers almost daily, I finally tried to redeem some rewards in July, only to have my account mysteriously disabled immediately afterward. Not only did I stop receiving survey invitations, but I never received my rewards, either! It really seems like they're either pulling some sneaky BS, or they really are just this incompetent at running a survey site. Either way, it makes them NOT WORTH DOING BUSINESS WITH!

To make it worse, I tried to contact customer service about the problem and received 2 form letters that were proof nobody actually took the time to read what my problem was! Finally found their phone number online and called them (always have to leave a voicemail since they also apparently don't believe in answering calls), but that was the only way to get somebody to actually comprehend what I was saying. Still didn't receive my rewards 2 months later, so I had to call them back. The first rep who returned my voicemail said she's resend the giftcards I had requested, but that night I got an email from another rep who said they couldn't resend the giftcards and that my account was being credited back the redemption amount. Would've been fine...IF THAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED! No credit to my balance, and no indication of pending credit anywhere on my account. I have had it with this company.

.... Used to be good. Probably still OK but they don't pay enough. Not worth the time for a lot of the stuff I was getting.

E Rewards sends a lot of surveys and you always receive points. As others have already mentioned, their rewards are crummy, the worst I have seen. I don't want to spend $200 at a store to save $10.
Since my first review, I like E-Rewards more because you get many surveys and even if you don't qualify, you still earn points. If you fly and travel a lot, it's great or if you read a lot of magazines. There are only a few prizes that interest me, but you can only claim them once per quarter.

Terrible rewards, and a lot of missing credit. Though their customer service is better, it's not worth your time.
