Payment and Rewards

Earn e-Rewards

Earn Opinion Points/e-Rewards currency for taking surveys. Exchange your points for gift cards, magazine subscriptions, hotel reward points, and airline points. Choose from over 30 different retailers to redeem gift cards with, including Best Buy, CVS Pharmacy, Walmart, Macy's and more. You may redeem a gift card only once per quarter with most gift card options.

Prizes

e-Rewards can also be redeemed towards prizes. Many prizes come in the form of discounts towards purchasing products and services they provide.

Redeem Your e-Rewards Currency

In most cases, your account will be credited as soon as you complete a survey. However, in some cases the credit may take up to 7 days to appear on your account. Similarly, e-Rewards sends most electronic gift cards immediately upon request (within one hour). Most physical gift cards will be sent out within 4-6 weeks of redemption.

e-Rewards also requires mobile and landline verification in order to redeem your rewards. This verification helps you keep your rewards secure. For data security, they will need to verify your account with a valid US mobile or landline number in order to redeem your reward. Once you provide your number, you will receive a verification code via that number that you will need to enter in order to finalize the redemption process.

You can redeem your e-Rewards Currency/Opinion Points as soon as you accumulate enough to qualify for the reward you desire (the lowest gift card option is $10).

After 6 yrs a member, have had it!

October 13, 2012 by abbie from United States

I have once to be able to complete a survey in anywhere near the "estimated completion time". They usually take about twice as long! But my biggest complaint is that many many times, I have spent 20-30 minutes, page after page of survey (not screening) questions, to be told that I don't qualify. They have what they need and pay $.25. I emailed them yesterday with no reply and I'm quitting!

I want the other rewards that are not on my rewards listing

September 26, 2012 by Tl from United States

Other people are talking about rewards that are not listed when I sign on to e rewards, and some of them I would definitely be able to use. I have no idea why that is especially with Internet everywhere. I have e mailed e rewards on at least 3 occasions about the amount of time (half of more of the listed time to take a survey) I have spent on their surveys only to be told my responses do not qualify me very annoying and on one of the times I got full credit, and they said that they are working on the problem it does seem a bit better on that, but it as good as it should be. Even if I had some of those other choices I still think they need to expand there is just not enough usable rewards, I usually just get Macy's gift cards it takes $45.00 e dollars to get a $25.00 gift card a bit steep!

Excessive arbitrary inflation

August 2, 2012 by Andrew from United States

I've been an occasional participant in e-Rewards' surveys for a numnber of years, and they've clearly ripped me off. The "currency" in which they reward you used to be much closer to par, but is now down to 33 cents on the gift card dollar (which is itself often available at, say, Safeway, for less than a real dollar). This inflation of their "currency" is under their arbitrary control, and not only misleads you about their current rewards but claws back the value of work you've already done for them. I feel pretty dumb for having had anything to do with them.

Frequent traveler points are great!

July 25, 2012 by Leanne from United States

I have cashed in my rewards more than once for Hilton Honors points. I'm a frequent traveler and those points are a valuable/realistic reward. They are NOT just magazine subscriptions or movie rentals. Let your rewards points add up for once, you'll get better rewards when cashing in. Trying to cash in $10 in incentives is not going to get you anywhere. I'm currently approximately at $88 and once I hit $100, I'm cashing in for 7500 Hilton Honors points. That's a few nights' stay if I were to earn them by actually staying at the hotel. I always complete the surveys whether I qualify to move forward with them or not. Every little bit helps and they do award you something every time you attempt to complete a survey, small or large amount depends on how applicable you are as a survey taker. At least they qualify their participants.

Good but.....

I like e-rewards overall. Their surveys are interesting and they contact me often. I've done some product tests for them. You earn points and then trade the points in for rewards. Unfortunately, the rewards aren't very good. Mostly magazine subscriptions. I wish they'd come up with some better rewards.
