Payment and Rewards

Earn e-Rewards

Earn Opinion Points/e-Rewards currency for taking surveys. Exchange your points for gift cards, magazine subscriptions, hotel reward points, and airline points. Choose from over 30 different retailers to redeem gift cards with, including Best Buy, CVS Pharmacy, Walmart, Macy's and more. You may redeem a gift card only once per quarter with most gift card options.

Prizes

e-Rewards can also be redeemed towards prizes. Many prizes come in the form of discounts towards purchasing products and services they provide.

Redeem Your e-Rewards Currency

In most cases, your account will be credited as soon as you complete a survey. However, in some cases the credit may take up to 7 days to appear on your account. Similarly, e-Rewards sends most electronic gift cards immediately upon request (within one hour). Most physical gift cards will be sent out within 4-6 weeks of redemption.

e-Rewards also requires mobile and landline verification in order to redeem your rewards. This verification helps you keep your rewards secure. For data security, they will need to verify your account with a valid US mobile or landline number in order to redeem your reward. Once you provide your number, you will receive a verification code via that number that you will need to enter in order to finalize the redemption process.

You can redeem your e-Rewards Currency/Opinion Points as soon as you accumulate enough to qualify for the reward you desire (the lowest gift card option is $10).

Decent Panel

September 17, 2010 by Lyndsay from United States

I've been an E-Rewards member for a couple of years now. I'll agree that the Rewards aren't thrilling but there are a few that I've found it worth sticking around for, namely the Borders bucks and some of the magazine subscriptions.

Some of the surveys run long but that's the extent of my complaints. I've never had a problem receiving credit, nor redeeming rewards. I receive plenty of offers to pick from. I've never had a problem with rewards expiring. And I've never been kicked from a survey after spending any reasonable amount of time providing answers.

All in all, I'd say it's a decent little panel. Again, the only major flaw is the lack of exciting rewards.

incentives are duds

September 17, 2010 by Dian from United States

I started this survey site about six months ago and I was quite pleased when my rewards showed that I had over $100 in e-rewards coming, but the incentives are like "$50 off of a $125 e-bag" and airline miles and magazine subscriptions. Things I don't need or can't afford to redeem.

Major ripoff

September 17, 2010 by Alex from United States

I started taking these surveys over a year ago. I didn't qualify to finish most of them (not really sure I qualified to finish a single one, actually) but I stuck with it because I wanted some GameStop bucks. It took me over a year to accumulate the amount of points for a $25 Gamestop card. I cashed in my points, and waited. And waited. And waited.

It's been three months since I cashed in those points, and I still have yet to see a thing, other than e-mails from a guy who assured me that the cards were there, they were being processed, and so forth. At this point, I have to reasonably assume I've been ripped off.

What a scam. IT takes forever to get any money to start with, and then your reward is nothing! Avoid these guys, for sure.

I'm in it for the SkyMiles...

September 17, 2010 by Barrett from United States

I, too, get frustrated with the ineligibilty criteria. You must be able to prdict the needs of the panel to advance. However, I have accumulated over $50 in rewards in less than four months. My time is worth the Delta SkyMiles awarded. I can see, though, how others might see the site as hokey. All I can say is to be as objective as possible without being too personal with answers. The site will only take the target demographic feedback needed as well as the participation limit. Hang in there.

It Is Not a Scam

September 17, 2010 by Al from United States

I do enjoy receiving free subscriptions, and having earned over $100 in rewards in less than 6 months is pretty cool. I've seen surveys sponsored by J.D. Powers and such and feel that they are legitimate. Sometimes it seems that you can get pretty far into a survey then get unqualified, but this doesn't happen too much, at least they do give something. Since I'm not expecting to get a new car from them, It is worth my time and should be worth anyone's time that enjoys reading.
