I joined 5 Surveys a little over two weeks ago and it has been working out very well for me. I would recommend this as a viable option for earning some extra cash for doing surveys online. It's a great concept ($5 for only five surveys) and makes me feel more appreciated as a survey panelist. This sums up my experience so far:

PROS:
•Survey topics are more interesting
•Great selection of shorter surveys
•Estimated time to take each survey is usually accurate
•Clean & simple to use interface
*Payment is credited to my PayPal account within minutes

CONS:
•Some surveys are very long: 60+ minutes
•No DQ points (not a big deal, as getting to the five survey mark is not too difficult)

PRO:
This site is pretty straightforward to use.
The concept of 5 surveys for $5 is a pretty good module as you can choose the length of the surveys you want to take.
Costumer Service does reply within 24 hours.

CONS:
There are too many system errors from this provider which result in unpaid credit, this could be due to the survey screening out even at the end of the 30-minute survey, or due to a system error, and 5Reviews takes 0 responsibility for it.
The customer service replies to this issue are too generic, if they admit that the Client causes some review errors they still do NOT credit you.
Under their policy, they specify the following; You may earn Coins as follows: Survey Attempt: Occasionally, you may earn Coins for each survey you qualify for and do not complete. Coins awarded for such survey attempts are credited voluntarily by 5 Surveys on a case-by-case basis.
Yet they fail to uphold their policies, which I am not sure if it is even legal.

Use at your own risk, even though the system is designed to make at least $20 to $30 x day, you may end up only with $5 if you are lucky enough!

Just recently joined. At first there was confusion on my 1st payout between a review stage and payout. In a few days it was cleared up. Today reached another payout and cashed out fine.. I think this site has a connection to Prime opinions because the template is very similar.

I like this survey site. I made $30 today alone and it was fun and easy. The payout was fast and I used the PayPal option. Great option to try if you are looking for fun easy surveys.

I also completed 4 surveys rather quickly and now they seem to be offering me more, but I screen out of all of them. I didn't see anything about being on the Australian versus US site. I'll have to look more closely if I ever get to complete a 5th survey.
