I used to really like this company because their suveys were interesting and relevant and pay was reasonable. But now both the survey site and surveys are having issues more often, and the surveys are much longer for the points they award. And the worst of all is their customer support - horrible responding time (takes them forever to respond, almost have to beg for their response) and thoughtless or cookie-cutter type of email response. I'm both disappointed and sad that this company is going down hill like this.

I have been with Global Opinion for about 10 years and I have never been disappointed with them. You build up your $$$ quickly and they pay out just as quickly. I had a problem one time and I just called them and they fixed it immediately. I had my check within the week. I love these guys.

I don't get many requests for surveys however when I do I find the incentive is very high compared to how much you need to redeem. I was surprised when I checked my account after just a few surveys I had enough to redeem for a reward. The only issue I have is that some of the surveys don't work in Firefox, especially if the page has to scroll down - you don't see the button to go NEXT. Best to do their surveys in IE rather than Firefox, one good thing if you forget and your survey stalls, you can restart it again in IE without losing your place.

I participated in an 4 day diary for 70,500 points.I was able to do 2 days of the diary by the third day I received an message saying the were having technical difficulties. I only received 500 points and have emailed them 4 times with no response from about the points and days I did participated in.I have read that many people have had the same problem with the study.It just seem like to me they invited many people to participate and closed the study and pocketed all the money from the research company that hired them.

I enjoy this companies site and the surveys, I love taking them and knowing I am getting the points. Some are a little long though, I have to admit, but I just got my gift card vouchers for Amazon and Barnes and Noble!!!!
