As bad as it gets

I make a redemption a month ago and have yet to receive my gift card. I have written customer service 8 times (no response whatsoever) 2 Facebook postings ditto, I keep getting invited ot surveys. These guys stink to high heaven!!

worst panel ever!!!

So they made an update to their panel and it has been awful. i have over 1000 points and said they e-mail me for my reward since i am over 1000 points. 6 weeks later....... NOTHING!!! i e-mail 3 times over the 6 weeks and no answer! i will change my review if they would pay their users! but like everyone that has review this panel..... seems like they are ripping people off.

Bad experience

It took me nearly a year to finally cash out at the $10 minimum, which i sent several emails about missing points, only to find there were NO gift cards available. So again, several emails later, & also several weeks later, i cashout with a $10 visa & waited patiently to receive it. Another 2 weeks later, & several more emails, I still have not relieved my giftcard. There is no way to track it in my account info &I am disappointed by the lack of customer service. If & when I do receive my giftcard, I plan on deactivating my account. There are so many other sites that payout way better, more easily and so much faster. The headache was not worth the $10. And the year it took me to get paid; well I now get that daily from other sites , no problem. No hard feelings though.

No incentives

I would want Amazon or other cards I use, but they don't have them. I don't use Starbucks or iTunes.

Oh they SAY Amazon is a choice, but since they aren't "available," then I guess they don't have them.

So save your time, if you don't want Starbucks either. It doesn't seem legal to assert they have something, inveigling people into doing the surveys, then saying oops, no Amazon here.

I have contacted them the best I can when there is an issue, which is a lot, but not help at all. First, the site they give you, https://cint.zendesk.com/home, is not found on their site in the FAQ's like they say. The email addresses they give you for help will just tell you to submit a ticket which is not on their site. The email they give you if there is an issue, that is included in their survey, [email protected] refuses to take requests and is undeliverable. The "Contact" button at the bottom of their emails to me is "Crazy Domains.com.au" and worthless. I just took a survey that is not in the pending surveys. I know it can take time but it should at least be there. This happens a lot and I don't get all the points I earn because of their lack of assistance. They also do not have a survey history to let me see which ones I got points for or not. I asked about that two times in the last year and to two different answers, neither being helpful or the truth.
