Google Surveys is Google's in-house market research tool that helps market researchers create online surveys to share with voluntary users who fill out the surveys in order to earn rewards. Users answers are aggregated and shared with the market researcher and answers are completely anonymous unless explicitly stated at the beginning of the survey.

During the setup process, you associate your Google payment profile with your Google Opinion Rewards profile so that Google can apply Google Play credits to your account. Once you go through the introductory survey based on demographic questions and go through a survey tutorial, you will receive notification for your first paid survey. Upon completion, you will be directed to a confirmation page confirming the credit applied to your Google payment profile.

Earn Rewards

The amount of credits received can vary from survey to survey and is dependent on the number of questions and the amount of time it takes to complete a survey. Answering questions in a certain way is not required to receive a credit. The more honestly a person can answer a question, the more valuable the opinion is, and as a result you may receive more surveys or credit.

PayPal payments are not offered by Google Opinion Rewards - only Play credits are awarded.

Redeem Rewards

To redeem your credit, simply tap on "spend your play credit" on the home screen of the mobile app or by shopping directly in the store. You choose your reward in the form of books, games, music or movies - anything that's on Google Play is yours to redeem!

Note that accrued credits expire 1 year from the date of the credit.

I was introduced to Screenwise by a friend. It was simple enough, add the browser add-on on your tablet, phone and desktop and bam, you rack up dollars.

The way I used the web on my devices, I cleared $25 a few times a month. I always opted for the Amazon gift cards and they took about 1-2 weeks to get to me.

I've never had any issues and the one time I did, Screenwise was very prompt in getting back to me with a redemption code for my gift certificate.

Since switching to Cross Media, it's even better. The redemption is down to $5 and they send the codes within 10 minutes to my email box and in 5 minutes, I put it right into my Amazon wallet.

This program is simple, it's easy and I get to save money on things on Amazon, which is the store I use this for. It's just a great way to save up and knock some dollars off items or whatever else you want e-certificates for. :)

I installed this app on my Android in September 2016. It seems to be working fine, but not sure of any rewards yet. When I click on the icon on my Android, it does not show my account or rewards. So, maybe I have to give it more time to know if it is worth it. Wanted to update this review. It has only been a few weeks and I already have $9 in my account. So, this is making me happy. I get at least $2 a week for doing nothing. I look at this as a savings account. Exciting to see it grow.

This was great, but hasn't done anything for ages, I've changed devices, reinstalled, let the app run etc, still nothing, so had to uninstall.

I was getting surveys on average of 3 a week and the last two were surveys related to Trump, asking me if the election were today would I vote for him. A week later, I got the same survey again. I answered it the same. I have not received any surveys since then. I sent feedback to them and have not gotten a reply as to why I have not gotten any more surveys.

This is now Cross Panel. It switched over at the end of June for all account holders of Screenwise trends. I requested a payment (gift card) from them in April that I have never received! I have emailed them over 15 times and only once got a response of "we will send you another gift card if you haven't received it in 4-6 weeks." I have been waiting 12 weeks for this gift card......they have to the worst customer service. Half my emails get no response!
