The iPoll website permanently shut down on August 8, 2024..

iPoll, originally known as Survey Head, was founded in 2008 and since 2016, has been owned and operated by Dynata.

Get Paid for Fun Adventures!

Turn the things you do everyday into an adventure! iPoll is all about convenience and fun, and wants to know your thoughts on the things you do everyday, with interactive mini missions that provide rewards. You'll get a $5 bonus just for signing up, and surveys range from $0.50 to $3. If you don’t mind leaving your home, you may also complete “missions” using the phone app at specific retail locations. New Item Scavenger Hunts potentially allow you to earn from $0.50 to $100 a day.

Survey Types

iPoll offers its members the opportunity to take surveys via their website and also via their mobile apps. Their mobile apps are available on both the App Store (for iPhones) and on Google Play (for Android phones). Users who download the mobile app can expect to be contacted more frequently to participate in surveys.

Complete Surveys to Earn Points

Complete survey to earn points and get rewarded. Surveys themselves typically take between 10-15 minutes and iPoll tries to keep surveys as short as possible so they aren’t monopolizing your time.

Added App Features

Another benefit of downloading the app is getting specific assignments based on your geographic location, accepting them and earning cash right on the spot! You may be challenged to take a picture of a product, or asked to visit a specific store. The app also includes video, photo and audio capabilities for fun, interactive reporting.

Rewards

iPoll offers various rewards including cash paid via PayPal (to verified PayPal accounts only), Amazon.com e-vouchers, and Apple gift codes. Once redeemed, rewards usually take about 4 weeks to be delivered. If you are redeeming via PayPal, remember to use the same email to sign up for iPoll that you use for your PayPal account. iPoll tries to get your rewards to you quickly, but on occasion it may take up to 4 weeks to redeem your rewards.

A $25 account balance is required to redeem an Amazon.com e-voucher, or an Apple gift code. PayPal cash payments can be requested when you've completed $50 worth of surveys or assignments.

Quarterly Sweepstakes!

iPoll rewards its members with quarterly sweepstakes draws of up to $10,000 USD. To be entered into the sweepstakes, you simply need to participate in a panel or survey, attend a webinar or redeem points.

What happened??

June 11, 2017 by April from United States

iPoll was very good when I started out. Now today, I am having issues taking surveys. On June 10, 2017 (today), I clicked the button to take a survey but I keep getting this message:
"Answers not saved…
We take answer quality and account security seriously. Our system detected that your answers to this survey could not be saved. This can happen if you rush your answers, your answers do not match your profile data, you are not in the designated country you signed up in, or you or someone in your household already participated in this survey.
If you continue to get this page, we recommend that you clear cache and cookies before starting another survey. If this does not help, please contact customer support."

I'm not sure why I'm getting this message but it's frustrating because I was saving $100 (was previously at $32.60) for my Amazon account to buy things I needed. It would be frustrating to have to start over.

Also, I prefer to use the computer instead of the app because with the app, you barely qualify for anything, and it will kick you out in the middle of a survey.

Joining The Terminated List!

June 9, 2017 by Jen from United States

Just last week on May 30 I was trying to make a cashout through Paypal. Was sent to the terms and conditions page.

Can't log in anymore because my account has been terminated. They owe me $25.50 AND $40.00 for a live survey I just completed a few weeks ago.

They said I wasn't using the website honestly and now I'm banned from taking anymore surveys from SSI.

It's not fair to complete all those surveys to finally be able to cash out and then they just take it all away.

Must be cleaning house!

I see all the other reviews--my story is the same. I was always getting these messages, you are such a valued member, thank you so much, blah blah blah, but today when I tried to cash out, suddenly, just like that, I am terminated for violating terms of service. Run away! They used to be good but no more.

Account closed membership terminated

After 10 years of being an IPoll member my account was terminated/deactivated after I attempted to cash out.

I have filed a complaint with the BBB.

Account Terminated after trying to cash out....

May 31, 2017 by John from United States

After years of using this site, I just tried to cash out $40 and was told my account was terminated...if a brick and mortar employer did this, they would be shut down...rules and regulations need to be revamped to extend to the internet, as well, so scumbag companies like this can't do this to people. This $ took a good amount of time to accumulate...and obviously, as you can see with the other reviews, this tactic is absolutely intentional by them.
Go to the Better Business Bureau site and the Federal Trade Commission site and file complaints, as I did, using this review page as a reference.
