The iPoll website permanently shut down on August 8, 2024..

iPoll, originally known as Survey Head, was founded in 2008 and since 2016, has been owned and operated by Dynata.

Get Paid for Fun Adventures!

Turn the things you do everyday into an adventure! iPoll is all about convenience and fun, and wants to know your thoughts on the things you do everyday, with interactive mini missions that provide rewards. You'll get a $5 bonus just for signing up, and surveys range from $0.50 to $3. If you don’t mind leaving your home, you may also complete “missions” using the phone app at specific retail locations. New Item Scavenger Hunts potentially allow you to earn from $0.50 to $100 a day.

Survey Types

iPoll offers its members the opportunity to take surveys via their website and also via their mobile apps. Their mobile apps are available on both the App Store (for iPhones) and on Google Play (for Android phones). Users who download the mobile app can expect to be contacted more frequently to participate in surveys.

Complete Surveys to Earn Points

Complete survey to earn points and get rewarded. Surveys themselves typically take between 10-15 minutes and iPoll tries to keep surveys as short as possible so they aren’t monopolizing your time.

Added App Features

Another benefit of downloading the app is getting specific assignments based on your geographic location, accepting them and earning cash right on the spot! You may be challenged to take a picture of a product, or asked to visit a specific store. The app also includes video, photo and audio capabilities for fun, interactive reporting.

Rewards

iPoll offers various rewards including cash paid via PayPal (to verified PayPal accounts only), Amazon.com e-vouchers, and Apple gift codes. Once redeemed, rewards usually take about 4 weeks to be delivered. If you are redeeming via PayPal, remember to use the same email to sign up for iPoll that you use for your PayPal account. iPoll tries to get your rewards to you quickly, but on occasion it may take up to 4 weeks to redeem your rewards.

A $25 account balance is required to redeem an Amazon.com e-voucher, or an Apple gift code. PayPal cash payments can be requested when you've completed $50 worth of surveys or assignments.

Quarterly Sweepstakes!

iPoll rewards its members with quarterly sweepstakes draws of up to $10,000 USD. To be entered into the sweepstakes, you simply need to participate in a panel or survey, attend a webinar or redeem points.

Proceed with caution: No longer legit

June 20, 2016 by Edward from United States

I did many iPoll surveys over several years and although the surveys were sometimes problematic (asking a dozen questions and then saying you're not qualified, etc.) and payouts were sometimes delayed, they ultimately came through. However, in the last six months they first seriously delayed paying (for months!), at the end of April they reset their software so users can no longer see their own survey history, and now I have a $25 gift certificate due since March which they have acknowledged in response to my emails to customer service, but have not provided. They even acknowledged the monies they owe me to the BBB in response to my filing; however, they still refuse to actually give me the gift certificate! So, if you want to be paid for your work doing surveys be very careful with iPoll.

Slow Paypal Payments

June 16, 2016 by Henry from South Africa

I have requested a payout on the 26th of April, 2016 and on the 16th of June 2016 I am still waiting for it! Pathetic service, even after I have emailed them to find out why payment is taking so long, I receive the same comment every time, we are experiencing problems with paypal payments, money should be in your account in 2-3 weeks!
It has now been 8 weeks and still no payment!

Ipoll will not respond.

June 5, 2016 by Linda from United States

Despite the many comments regarding the overall improvements with Ipoll; that was not my experience. I initially created an account on my cell phone. After a few days, upon signing in, I received a message saying 'there is an issue with your account, contact the help desk'. So, I did. Multiple times. After a week with no response, I decided to just log on with my computer. The Ipoll site would not allow me to log on with my current login information; it kept saying 'account already in use'. Since I had deleted the app on my phone, and believed I no longer had an Ipoll account, I created a new one. This was my only account on the Ipoll site. Once I started taking surveys (many, many of which I was not a 'fit' for) I was able to get up to $25 and transfer the funds to PayPal with no problem. On the second go-round, after I reached $20, on my next login, my account was terminated. I contacted Ipoll by email, again, multiple times, to no avail. The 'help desk' email address shot me back to the Ipoll site - to which I could no longer log in, so no help there. Then, I found the phone number for Ipoll on this site. When I called, it just went in to someone's voice mail each time I called saying I would be called back. That was 4 days ago, so I am thinking I am not going to hear back. I am a middle-aged woman, not out to scam the system by any means, so I have absolutely no idea why my account would be terminated. Plus, I lost $20! I say that, if you decide to try Ipoll, cash out every $25 and expect to have your account closed at any time, for any reason that you may never know. Buyer beware!

Used to like it

May 21, 2016 by Mai from Indonesia

I'm from Indonesia. Had joined iPoll since 2014.
Was quite enjoying iPoll until it was suddenly closed to many countries, reserved only for Canada and US bla bla on April 2016
Didn't even give notice before it.

And now all the time I put into the surveys had gone to drain. Didn't even give the chance to draw all the remaining balance. Maybe it's not much, but with that money I can still buy some things. What a jerk move.

Before it's wasting time if u didn't get qualified. But now this is so dissapointing. I can't tell how much I get dissapointed. I even sign up on this site just to write this review.

Total scam for countries outside the mentioned countries. It wasn't used to be like that. Don't bother if you are outside the mentioned countries
