iPoll, originally known as Survey Head, was founded in 2008 and since 2016, has been owned and operated by Dynata.

Get Paid for Fun Adventures!

Turn the things you do everyday into an adventure! iPoll is all about convenience and fun, and wants to know your thoughts on the things you do everyday, with interactive mini missions that provide rewards. You'll get a $5 bonus just for signing up, and surveys range from $0.50 to $3. If you don’t mind leaving your home, you may also complete “missions” using the phone app at specific retail locations. New Item Scavenger Hunts potentially allow you to earn from $0.50 to $100 a day.

Survey Types

iPoll offers its members the opportunity to take surveys via their website and also via their mobile apps. Their mobile apps are available on both the App Store (for iPhones) and on Google Play (for Android phones). Users who download the mobile app can expect to be contacted more frequently to participate in surveys.

Complete Surveys to Earn Points

Complete survey to earn points and get rewarded. Surveys themselves typically take between 10-15 minutes and iPoll tries to keep surveys as short as possible so they aren’t monopolizing your time.

Added App Features

Another benefit of downloading the app is getting specific assignments based on your geographic location, accepting them and earning cash right on the spot! You may be challenged to take a picture of a product, or asked to visit a specific store. The app also includes video, photo and audio capabilities for fun, interactive reporting.

Rewards

iPoll offers various rewards including cash paid via PayPal (to verified PayPal accounts only), Amazon.com e-vouchers, and Apple gift codes. Once redeemed, rewards usually take about 4 weeks to be delivered. If you are redeeming via PayPal, remember to use the same email to sign up for iPoll that you use for your PayPal account. iPoll tries to get your rewards to you quickly, but on occasion it may take up to 4 weeks to redeem your rewards.

A $25 account balance is required to redeem an Amazon.com e-voucher, or an Apple gift code. PayPal cash payments can be requested when you've completed $50 worth of surveys or assignments.

Quarterly Sweepstakes!

iPoll rewards its members with quarterly sweepstakes draws of up to $10,000 USD. To be entered into the sweepstakes, you simply need to participate in a panel or survey, attend a webinar or redeem points.

Hard to track balance

December 15, 2015 by Pat from Canada

Very inconsistent with regards to earned and pending point balance shown. Some surveys show the pending points upon completion and some do not (I have noticed that all Ipsos/Ampario surveys do not) so it is impossible to track your real balance. If you are working toward redemption it is nearly impossible unless you want to spend even more time tracking yourself!

FIfty cents an hour is what you'll make

December 3, 2015 by keith from United States

There is a very low payout but worse, more often than not you will spend twenty minutes *thinking* that you are doing a survey, only to get bumped out of the survey and told you don't qualify. Meanwhile, they get a LOT of free data from you. Even when things go well, many of the surveys take an hour and pay almost nothing. I figured out that I make fifty cents an hour on the ipoll site and needless to say, I no longer participate in it.

Slooow to pay and cruddy customer service

November 5, 2015 by Teresa from United States

So far, I've gotten two $50 gift cards from this company. But each time, it took well over a month after I earned it and I had to send a reminder asking where it was. Now I've earned a third $50 gift card 6 weeks ago and the same thing has happened. I've since earned almost enough for a 4th $50 but I am so sick and tired of the sloooow service that I am going to move on after I get what I have earned. In addition, I've completed several LONG surveys where there was a malfunction on the very last page and when I inquired, they could not assure me I would earn my dollars. And they refused to update my first name since I don't use my nickname any more. So I am really disappointed with their customer service as well as their taking weeks and weeks to pay. I'm sure I can find another survey site who will do better.

slow as molasses

September 16, 2015 by Eric from United States

They get 2 stars only because I have always gotten paid. However the time they take to credit for a survey can be weeks and they often violate their own terms by taking longer than 4 weeks to payout even though they say up to 4 weeks to get paid. This is not even for paypal but just gift cards. They will often ignore your emails. I have had to on more than one occasion contact the BBB by online methods. They suddenly respond and pay up when you do this. 9/15/15 Getting ready to quit this piece of garbage panel. Between the randomly invalidated surveys, the duplicate useless survey links, waiting past the max 6 weeks to get paid with no reply from support and having to always contact BBB to get paid, it is really not worth it. Don't expect this ipoll site once called surveyhead to last much longer. JD PowerPanel was also a surveyhead site and is now defunct,

Payout

September 15, 2015 by John from United States

Payout was ok. They took $1.50 to process the thing but so far so good.
