The iPoll website permanently shut down on August 8, 2024..

iPoll, originally known as Survey Head, was founded in 2008 and since 2016, has been owned and operated by Dynata.

Get Paid for Fun Adventures!

Turn the things you do everyday into an adventure! iPoll is all about convenience and fun, and wants to know your thoughts on the things you do everyday, with interactive mini missions that provide rewards. You'll get a $5 bonus just for signing up, and surveys range from $0.50 to $3. If you don’t mind leaving your home, you may also complete “missions” using the phone app at specific retail locations. New Item Scavenger Hunts potentially allow you to earn from $0.50 to $100 a day.

Survey Types

iPoll offers its members the opportunity to take surveys via their website and also via their mobile apps. Their mobile apps are available on both the App Store (for iPhones) and on Google Play (for Android phones). Users who download the mobile app can expect to be contacted more frequently to participate in surveys.

Complete Surveys to Earn Points

Complete survey to earn points and get rewarded. Surveys themselves typically take between 10-15 minutes and iPoll tries to keep surveys as short as possible so they aren’t monopolizing your time.

Added App Features

Another benefit of downloading the app is getting specific assignments based on your geographic location, accepting them and earning cash right on the spot! You may be challenged to take a picture of a product, or asked to visit a specific store. The app also includes video, photo and audio capabilities for fun, interactive reporting.

Rewards

iPoll offers various rewards including cash paid via PayPal (to verified PayPal accounts only), Amazon.com e-vouchers, and Apple gift codes. Once redeemed, rewards usually take about 4 weeks to be delivered. If you are redeeming via PayPal, remember to use the same email to sign up for iPoll that you use for your PayPal account. iPoll tries to get your rewards to you quickly, but on occasion it may take up to 4 weeks to redeem your rewards.

A $25 account balance is required to redeem an Amazon.com e-voucher, or an Apple gift code. PayPal cash payments can be requested when you've completed $50 worth of surveys or assignments.

Quarterly Sweepstakes!

iPoll rewards its members with quarterly sweepstakes draws of up to $10,000 USD. To be entered into the sweepstakes, you simply need to participate in a panel or survey, attend a webinar or redeem points.

Found one glitch solution

January 18, 2021 by marie from United States

I've been a member for 6 years. Just had my first major problem when required to "verify" my account. I use a small cell phone carrier, and they considered my phone number "invalid." Customer service was useless, so I solved the problem myself. Used my son's number (from a major carrier) to verify my account, and then I was able to cash out. I hope this is helpful to others who are locked out of their accounts. Up until now, I would have rated them quite highly.

Dishonest

December 30, 2020 by Deborah from United States

People, do NOT take surveys with iPoll. They are fine with your taking surveys, but when it comes time to pay, they tell you that your account is being suspended for "irregularities". I had a problem redeeming my cash out, so I sent a nice email asking for assistance. I have since read they they are doing this to others.

Flagged account

December 24, 2020 by Dan from United States

I noticed in early November that I was no longer receiving email survey invites from iPoll. I went to my account, logged in, everything seemed normal, and it listed that I had no surveys available. Didn't think too much about it. Early December I still was not receiving invites, so I sent an email to inquire. I received a response saying that said "Unfortunately, the accuracy and attentiveness of your account activity has been flagged, and upon review of your account, we have been forced to suspend your account."
I have been a member of iPoll since 2012 and never received a question as to my survey taking. I have always taken pride in the thoughtfulness and honesty of my responses. If there was an issue, I would have hoped that they would have had the courtesy to contact me. Now, I see that MANY others have experienced the same thing from iPoll. At this point, if they do not want me taking surveys, I'm okay with that. What I would like is to access the funds that I LEGALLY earned in my account and have those transferred to my PayPal. I earned those and I feel that they are mine. I can't help but feel that this is a company that is in financial hurt and has found a way to not pay out to it's survey takers!

Don’t do it

October 2, 2020 by Amanda from United States

So I literally just joined ipoll. Tried to redeem my first cashout today and it keeps saying there is an error with my account and they do not respond to support messages. Do not recommend them. Also how does a new member get their account suspended for accuracy when all surveys were answered honestly. They don’t tell you your account is suspended till you try to cashout so you spend all that time doing surveys for a waste of time.
