Reward Types and Amounts

Earn points by completing surveys. The number of points you will earn varies from survey to survey but is dependent on a number of factors, including survey length. Once you complete a survey, the points will be immediately credited to your account unless stated otherwise.

Take a Variety of Surveys Often

My review is pretty much same as the review below me. It seems that they have been cancelling many accounts with no reasons. I also had been a for over a few years. I also realized that I had not received any survey invitations for a while so I went to the website and tried to log in to my account. However, it said my account was inactive. I contacted them and was told that I had opted out on 7/30/2012. But I had never ever opted out! They told me they have a rule that if it is over 45 days, your points will all gone and your account will never be able to retained ever. Thanks for lying to me and canceling my account with no reason. STAY OUT OF IT!

I had been a loyal member of this panel for about 5 years. I realized that I had not received any survey invitations for quite some time so when I tried to log in to my account it said my account was inactive. I had no idea why so I emailed them and was told that I had unsubscribed back in March. I told them I had NOT unsubscribed and there must be some mistake. They said too bad my account cannot be reinstated and since it is over 45 days my points are all gone. I wrote back and asked for a copy of the confirmation email that I had unsubscribed. They did not send me a copy of anything, they now say that I marked one of their surveys as spam, they even admitted it might have been by accident, but that triggered my account being cancelled! Don't waste your time with a company that treats their loyal members like this, there are too many other legitimate survey companies out there with better rewards.

I have always been happy with Ipsos. I would love to receive more invites, but I usually qualify for the ones that I get and receive my rewards the same day that I request them. I can request an Amazon card with only 1000 points, which is easy for me to accumulate.

I have been a member of IPSOS for over a month and at first until I did my first cash out at $15.00 they were excellent sending great surveys. Their compensation was kind of low but seems to be like most survey sights that do not try to sell you something. My cashout to PayPal time was 9 days. Since my cashout, though the surveys have slowed down considerably.

I've been a member of their panel for quite some time. They weren't my favorite survey site because sometimes I would spend up to 20 minutes answering questions only to be told (after they collected a great deal of information from me) that I "didn't qualify" for the survey. I recently noticed that they hadn't been sending me any surveys lately so I tried to log in to my account. I couldn't log in so I contacted customer service. They wrote back and said I had asked to have my account deactivated. I did not. They said since it had been more than 45 days they had deleted all my information and I'd lost all my points. They also said I could never reactivate my account or rejoin their panel - ever.
