In February I redeemed my points for 3 Amazon gift cards. One for $25 one for $10 and $5. Out of the three I only received the code for the $10 one. I’ve written to them 3 times through their contact us page and have not received a single reply nor has my points been reinstated or the ecard codes sent.

In addition the surveys always take longer than they say and the rewards are not proportionate to the time spent.

Very long and tedious surveys. They want you to be honest, but the payments are never, never, never honest, nor do they correspond economically to the time spent or to the topic to be discussed. they always lie about the time and the payment that they will give you at the end (if they pay you) Most are surveys from half an hour to 1 hour and a half real for the modest price of 0.45 - 0.6$

Another thing is that they have the nerve and little shame to unify various disparate topics to be dealt with in the same survey, for example: a soccer survey asks you about politics, purchases and investments.

Personal opinion I think that what they do to maintain themselves is to steal the general price of the studies and give the minimum to the participants to survive as a company. They are robberies and thieves. Totally dishonest.

I joined Ipsos iSay last August and have taken several surveys in the evening, on the weekends, and while on break. Great way to relax. Yes, many times you will get disqualified but at least you get a partial reward. Most of the surveys are completed in the time that is quoted. There are many interesting surveys and while doing them, I have learned something that causes me to go and look up the product. I especially love the surveys about financial products. The compensation for the surveys is fair and I have cashed for Amazon gift cards.

I have 600 points earned and my account shows as such. I went to get a $5 Amazon card to see the error message that I don’t have enough points. However, I do. After I asked for the $5 credit, all prospective survey opportunities were dropped. They will not respond to me in getting me paid. Ipsos please do the right thing and let me cash out what I earned.
