Ipsos iSay is an online survey panel where you can participate in surveys and other types of market research to earn points. Points are then exchangeable for your choice of cash transfers, gift cards, and other rewards.

The sign-up process is reasonably quick. Click the ‘Join Now’ button, enter your email address, desired password, name, gender, and date of birth. You’ll be asked to confirm your email address and your phone number to complete your registration. Membership is free and available to adults in most major countries.

Reward Types and Amounts

Earn points by completing surveys. The number of points you will earn varies from survey to survey but is dependent on a number of factors, including survey length. Once you complete a survey, the points will be immediately credited to your account unless stated otherwise.

Once you have just 500 i Say points (worth $5) in your account, you can redeem your points for rewards. Rewards options include (but may vary based on location and availability):

Fast Rewards Delivery

Take a Variety of Surveys Often

You can expect to receive at least one survey per month, though you may receive many more if your profile details match with new surveys as they become available. Ipsos is a leading market research company that was founded in 1975 and conducts more than 70 million interviews per year for more than 5,000 clients in more than 100 countries. The Ipsos iSay survey panel has millions of members and is legitimate. Although members may experience various levels of success taking surveys on the platform, the site is legit is not a scam by any means. It is safe to use and does not sell user data to third parties.

I posted a one star review about i-Say in 2012 regarding an issue I had with them blocking my account. Not long after I wrote the review they reactivated my account, and I have not had any issue with them for years and had updated my review. Unfortunately, they have become as bad as they were 10 years ago. This time they said that, "We have been reviewing our clients’ research requirements and, unfortunately, your member profile is no longer suitable for our needs. Consequently, your account was terminated, and no other survey invitations have been sent to you. This decision was made for market research purposes only, and we’re sorry if it caused you any inconvenience." That's all well and good. The problem is, they haven't paid me for surveys I had took up to the point that my member profile was no longer suitable for their needs.

**** UPDATE ****

Ipsos iSay should have contacted me about the termination, and immediately sent an $8.81 PayPal payment. That being said, I immediately responded to Sarah's 12/15/22 email at the [email protected] email address regarding the termination of my account and asked about the balance and I still have not received a response. This lack of a response prompted me to file a ICC/ESOMAR complaint.

I enjoy doing surveys and receiving my rewards, it relaxes me and bring a lot to my attention and helps me consider my health.

I would highly recommend that you do NOT use this platform since they terminated my account after using some of my rewards to get paid.

I still had points left over, and their response was:

"Please also note that we reserve the right to cancel a membership without warning or having to justify the decision afterwards, according to our terms and conditions, which you agreed to when you joined our panel."

Could not put the 5 dollar reward on my Dunkin Donuts card I clicked on the link and it just takes me to their website, I guess I wasted my points. I knew they were going all digital but it stinks.
