I have been messaging Ipsos since March 2022 asking when Rewards were going to be available for redemption as the range availability was depleting every day. Its now August. Same response, wait a few weeks. Yet they still send survey invitations. I have over $170 worth of rewards points to redeem and I can't use any of it. Do not join this site.

The points are a bit slow to accumulate but once you reach the desired amount I like the fact that they are converted to Marks and spencers vouchers.

Collected 2000 points and when I'm about to redeem a reward, there is no reward available for me, all empty! I've already redeemed points before and I succeed but this time, I am not. Why?? Why? Why??

I used to enjoy these surveys until they moved to another site. Now I have to login in several times in between surveys and often is disqualified. The polls and games are no longer offered as well.

UPDATE Ipsosisay has really improved since the first of the year! The site is very easy to navigate and there has been far fewer ineligible surveys. Although the polls and games are still lacking, I don't have to wait for my Payouts unlike other sites.

I was a member for over ten years and regularly took surveys a few times a week and even completed a few of them to earn rewards. It was an okay website and never had any problems until now. Without warning I got an email from them saying my account was terminated with no chance of ever reopening it. The worst thing was they gave me no reason for this action and I felt betrayed.
