Reward Types and Amounts

They send survey invitations to me and when I accept then I answer questions and they won't accept me and give me no points most of the time. It is frustrating because if you contact support they want the survey number and you have no idea because some or most of them have no number because they move from survey to survey trying to find another one if you don't qualify so how am I supposed to know the survey number? They have a bad system and don't seem to care about the panelists work and time.

I signed up for i-Say on December 28th; I confirmed my e-mail address and filled in some profile info. The next day, without ever seeing a survey or participating in any way, I received a message that my account had been deactivated. It said:

"We have been reviewing our clients' research requirements and, unfortunately, your member profile is no longer suitable for our market research needs. Consequently, your account was deactivated on 2020-12-29.

In these circumstances, your membership cannot be reactivated."

I contacted them, asking WHY?!...

...and two months later, I'm still waiting for their reply...

I'm having a hard time understanding how my profile is 'no longer suitable' for them--but it was 24 HOURS earlier! I'd avoid this site like the plague. If they ban a brand-new member out of the blue, for a reason that makes no sense, I just can't recommend it.

I would give this panel - 5 if it were possible. They qualify you for a survey and when you finish than suddenly they have enough people and you are disqualified. Either that or a "technical error" never fails regardless of what website you are using they are one of the worst!

I have found a very reliable site. I get regular surveys so a regular income, payment prompt and receive bonuses for the time I have been with them, five years now...

I was a member of i-Say for almost 10 years, and had participated in countless surveys and at-home product tests wit 100% honesty and integrity.

They suddenly canceled my membership due to "data concerns" and would not let me redeem my points. I emailed with "Naomi" and she was very unhelpful.

I was also in the middle of 2 at-home product tests, and had spent considerable time on them, now I have no idea what to do with them (body wash, and pet treats).

Horrible way to treat a long-time member.
