Ipsos i-Say is a very good survey company to work for and with, it's usually engaged in other Companies, major ones through which it conducts surveys! Its surveys regard usually market companies,brands and shops of relative products, with well structured clear, and concise questions to answer!
And Yes, it pays, Cash always and not actually Gift Cards or just points!
Ipsos-i-Say offers surveys on brand products of big companies, having been my personal experience with them. And they do pay, for short surveys up to USD 0.50, which I've received few times from them, directly credited to my account, for a survey of up to 15 minutes or so,

In my dashboard i only have one Redemption Option which is XOXO Voucher. I would like to have other options such as Paypal, Paytm, Amazon Gift Card etc.
I have 4000 Points and the site says they dont have XOXO Vouchers in Stock from last One month. I mean how can you delay in getting vouchers back in stock.

Extremely sloppy programming. Dashboard does not update accurately. Profile information is not used for routing. Same 'qualification' questions get asked hundreds of times, for no reason as far as qualifying. Low payout threshold, but low payout.
Very unprofessional and downright incompetent and rude. Good example of why marketing/psychology people should never be allowed to make decisions. They can not be reasoned with, as evidenced by the responses you see here to other reviews. Always the same: a blow off response that excuses their lack of competence and excuses their unprofessional behavior. Notice that not once do they ever suggest that they will fix anything.

Surveys tend to be over literally seconds after invites go out by email and this is a common trend.

Also, a host of surveys of late have become bloated with just checkbox questions that make participating a drag.
