I been with I-Say for 7 years and no issues. I do save my points for when vacation time comes around. And when I do really need to buy other items that’s on my list.

I was a member of this site for many years. They offered a lot of surveys and always paid well. A few weeks ago, I noticed I wasn't getting any survey invitations. I logged on to the website and there were no available surveys. I emailed customer service and the responded stating my account had been terminated due to inconsistent answers on some of my surveys. When asked, they would not provided specifics. The part that bothers me the most, is there was no warning and no appeals process. The only upside was I was allowed to cash out my available points for a gift card.

did reach out to customer service who was very responsive to my question as to why it's not working, they said on their end everything was still the same so I'm not sure why I had a temporary issue. Paypal costs more points (I think it's roughly 50 points which translates to .50c). They do have their own "Shop" but when I browsed it you can get most of the things on their shop cheaper by going another way (such as using amazon or ebay). I like the web camera studies they do once in awhile because they typically have good payouts.

Do also be warned that you have to change your email through customer service and they probably will ask you to verify who you are (I had to give my month and year of birth)

Withdrawal was swift and easy u can withdraw once u hit 550 points to withdraw 5 pounds.. i will keep this handy always.
