I joined i-say in late April. I rather enjoyed their surveys as they were easy to read, and had big enough boxes to click on. However, when I tried to redeem enough points for a $15 Amazon e-gift card. I received an email notifying me of my redemption, the transaction # and all that. However, they gave me fraudulent information to get my e-gift card. None of the numbers and codes corresponded with Amazon to get the card. Amazon says that I need the e-gift card number from ipsos to be able to claim it. All ipsos gave me was some "secret code" which does not correspond to anything Amazon knows about, and an access number which does not access anything on Amazon. After many calls to Amazon, they say that there should be a link to an ipsos site to get the number, but no such link was included in my email. I have emailed ipsos many times, but after 3 days i get a standard form letter saying 'thank you for notifying us of the situation, we are looking into it" I have heard nothing back from these shysters. Stay away from them.

Hi Paul,We appreciate you sharing your thoughts here. However, I do want to use this opportunity to clarify a few things.
You said in your review that your Amazon redemption code was invalid. The code for the gift cards you redeem are generated automatically.
Please see bellow the steps for claiming an Amazon gift card :
1. Visit www.amazon.com
2. Click Apply to Account and enter the claim code when prompted.
3. These Gift Card funds will be applied automatically to eligible orders during the checkout process.
4. You must pay for any remaining balance on your order with a credit card, debit card, or another Amazon gift card. Your Gift Card claim code may also be entered when prompted during the checkout process (you will not be able to redeem your Gift Card using the Amazon.com/.ca 1-Click® service unless you first redeem the Gift Card funds to Your Account)
For any other problems with this process, please contact us on [email protected] with the details of your account and order so that we can clarify the situation.
Best,
Luke

I have been using this company for many months now. To date I have not had problems getting paid. They send surveys regularly and an added perk is sometimes they ask you to evaluate a product, the products I have received are QUITE good.

I recently tested a shampoo and conditioner from them and my hair is falling out! And my scalp was literally on fire and is still irritated. I’m so frustrated and embarrassed by this traumatic experience because there is literally nothing I can do about my hair now. I’m very disappointed and I would like to know what was in that bottle and so does my doctor but I have not received any information regarding this issue. I would strongly advise anybody considering testing their products to think again!

I joined I-Say about 2 years ago, and I've gotten enough points to get Amazon gift cards multiple times. There are always plenty of surveys there whenever I have time to take one. This is my favorite survey site for sure!

Spent hours filling out surveys last week. Guessed several of the questions right for the chances to be entered in the drawing for the VISA card, too. I had enough to request a $5 gift card from Amazon, which I did. Then surveys stopped and my account was conveniently deactivated a few days later with no explanation. I have read the T&Cs over and over again and don't see anything I've violated. I messaged customer service but didn't receive a reply. I spent hours answering your surveys, and if you choose to deactivate my account without explanation, so be it, but I have earned that $5 gift card at Amazon ($5 for hours of my time - lowest wage ever!) so I expect my payment, please. Also, stop sending me links to new surveys since you've deactivated my account. I don't need the spam. Thank you.
UPDATE 2/25/20. I've spent the past 2 weeks trying to get an answer from I-Say about how to get the Amazon gift card I had requested when my account was still active (on Feb 7th - I got the email about my profile not being valuable to them anymore on Feb 10th). I was assured they were looking into it, but still had to nudge them once a week to get the conversation going. Finally today I was transferred to someone who could help me... or so I was told. The person just short of copied and pasted all the information that was communicated to me (and that sparked the string of messages underneath his message!) 2 weeks earlier - just stating that my account had been deactivated and that I had 45 days to redeem my points, even though the gift card I tried to get 3 weeks earlier was never processed, and the rest of my points were immediately marked as forfeited. Obviously did not answer my question at all, and it's obvious he didn't take the time to even look at my question. I'm beyond frustrated.
