Ipsos iSay is an online survey panel where you can participate in surveys and other types of market research to earn points. Points are then exchangeable for your choice of cash transfers, gift cards, and other rewards.

The sign-up process is reasonably quick. Click the ‘Join Now’ button, enter your email address, desired password, name, gender, and date of birth. You’ll be asked to confirm your email address and your phone number to complete your registration. Membership is free and available to adults in most major countries.

Reward Types and Amounts

Earn points by completing surveys. The number of points you will earn varies from survey to survey but is dependent on a number of factors, including survey length. Once you complete a survey, the points will be immediately credited to your account unless stated otherwise.

Redeeming Your Points

Once you have just 500 i Say points (worth $5) in your account, you can redeem your points for rewards. Rewards options include (but may vary based on location and availability):

• Paypal payments - available in denominations of $5, $15, $25 payments
• Visa pre-paid cards - available in denominations of $10 or $25
• Gift cards available to retailers including Amazon, Walmart, Target, Apple, and more

Take a Variety of Surveys Often

In the last 6 years i had 40$ every 4 months, i did surveys almost everyday.I could give a rating of 5 stars

Update feb 26.2017.They fell to the ground like a rock.They are A LOT worse than before!!.
List of problems:
1- A LOT of surveys are not finished and most of the time I win 5 points...
2- or I respond a lot of questions and suddenly,not qualified...WASTE OF TIME!If they already have the number of surveys they want,why they let me answer a lot of questions for nothing????
3- Every ******* time I do a survey for tires,whatever i say,i'm not qualified..........I wait to get my 10$ after 4 months,then when i'll get my money,I quit. would you please give me a favor? stray away from them!

update feb 27 2017.I give up! I delete my subscription!! If I calculate well,i got only 960 points after 3 months,before it was 4000!! 400 points in december 2016,300 points january 2017 and only 150 points this month!! IT'S UNACCEPTABLE! >:-(

Deleted me no notice and forfeited points. Said had not logged in but false since I had done recent surveys

I've been with these guys for years, but their quality of service has gone down dramatically in the last year or so.

Surveys I've taken have not been credited, and neither were the points I was promised for being screened out of certain surveys.

While it's quite difficult to get hold of the correct people (there are many different variations of the brand depending on your location), they did eventually get back to me and corrected the issues I had. However, there seems to me to be an issue with the administration due to their falling standards.

I used to LOVE I-say. I was a member a few years ago and always had surveys to complete. I had cashed out multiple times with them in the past. Recently, I decided to get back into surveys, so I tried to log in. My account had been deleted so I made a new one. I've had this new account for 2 months now and I have yet to have a single survey; Not one.

I-Say is another one of those low yield but enjoyable to experience survey companies. They have very high screen out rate but have programs in place to lessen the impact. Frequently they will award a small amount of points if you screen out and they have a "loyalty" program. The loyalty program are slightly larger point awards for successfully completing survey's. You can earn up to $6 in point equivalents in a year. The program resets every January. I also enjoy their poll predictor sweeps stakes entry system. I actually learn interesting trivia. It would be nice If you didn't have to commit your entries to entries you're not thrilled about. Rewards are linear and can be taken in very small amounts, the interval to receiving an award is okay.

I've not had much interaction with customer service but they were pleasant and helpful when I did.

The i-Say mobile app is lacking, I discontinued using it after a week.

All those niceties said, you should not expect to get much back from i-Say. Even with the small points awards from screening out and loyalty, I expected with several visits a day to only net $150 a year. I just like their style.
