Reward Types and Amounts

I see lots of other people have issues with Ipsos-I-Say, I thought it was just me. I've been with them for about 5 years and they started out okay, but have gone downhill over the past year or two. I keep getting these "surveys" that I spend up to 20 minutes on only to get the "Oops you don't qualify" message which is infuriating as I'm busy doing other things and don't want to keep wasting my time only to get a lousy 5 points for "trying". I have complained at least 3 times, gotten apologies and sometimes been credited for the full amount, but it just keeps happening! Usually it's the same old "tire survey".

Now I'm getting emails saying there is a new survey waiting for me but when I click on the link, it takes me to the page where the message is something like "please give us more information so we can find the proper survey for you" type thing-- excuse me?? I thought I DID receive in invitation to a survey in the email-- and I expect to be directed to an actual rewarding survey that I can sink my teeth into.

I take it there is no use keeping on complaining to them, I see that this is the way they operate. I always thought Ipsos was part of the reputable Ipsos-Reid organization, am I wrong on this?

Anybody writing a really good review on here must be a staff member-- there are just too many negative reviews to make it seem reasonable that some people are enjoying a wonderful experience with them.

What a disappointment. Haven't even tried to cash in yet, I predict there will be some kind of issue when I try. I will be back here to report on it, good or bad.

This is the last survey tonite that I am doing with that site~Every time I am just about finished with the survey I get an Error page and Never get my credit for the time I spent and when I try to log into the I-Say site it will not let me in to check my so called credits~ Another Waste of time Survey Site~Steer Clear !!! Ugh !!!

They take 3 days to answer back to emails. Still have not got paid. They took my points and never gave me the money. DONT JOIN THEM

This is one of the best survey sites I am a member of. Easy to earn enough to cash out at least once a week if you have a hour or so to spare a day and they have never taken over 2 weeks to pay me with Paypal, although most of the time it has been under a week to be paid.

I had many issue with Ipsos I say. Overall I got a 50$ gift card out of it... over 5 years! I still like to do surveys, its fine. But on some occasions they suspended my account and by suspending I Mean they make all your surveys not working without telling you anything or sending you any email in this regard. Very unprofessional company. They will always try to find a problem, any problem in your account when you start having some points.

And when that happen they will ask you for more private infos like all the name and last name of my family... anyways its very hard to believe them there was a problem to begin with. I would not recommend this site.
