The sign-up process is reasonably quick. Click the ‘Join Now’ button, enter your email address, desired password, name, gender, and date of birth. Reward Types and Amounts

Earn points by completing surveys. The number of points you will earn varies from survey to survey but is dependent on a number of factors, including survey length. Once you complete a survey, the points will be immediately credited to your account unless stated otherwise.

I have been a member of this panel for many years. In the last two years they will have you spend over half an hour on one of their surveys just to say that you do "not qualify." Keep in mind that is AFTER you have taken the survey for half an hour! They just use your answers without giving you a reward. Avoid wasting your time and seek other survey companies to work with.

I have been a member with them for a very long time. I have left them several emails with no replies. I have well over 11,000 points and would really like my reward gift.

I have been a loyal member for a few months, answering every survey they have sent to me. All of a sudden my account is deactivated after the start of a survey, stating my information was false. I had gotten as far as age range and state of residence, which WERE entered accurately.

I contacted the company and like others was told they did not have to explain why or justify it and that I lost all of my earnings.

From what I can see here, this seems to be a common practice for them which makes me wonder how much money they have denied their members.

I loved taking their surveys and the whole way they set things up, but BEWARE if you join them since they do seem to be showing a trend with this.

If you have been burned by this, complain to the BBB and depending on how much you want to pursue it to your states Attorney General.

These are the types of people who are giving the industry a worse standing, and by reporting them to the BBB then they MUST do either of 2 things, ignore it or justify it, either way it counts against them.

I took 40-45 minutes to complete survey. Got to the end where you can play a game for prizes. It wanted me to sign in my Twitter account. I chose not to, therefore I didn't play the game. Not sure if I even got the points. Survey was too long. I've been a member of this survey for several years and this is the first time they wanted my Twitter account!
