After taking a survey, you will earn either points or contest entries for every study you complete. Redeem these for PayPal, iTunes, Amazon.ca gift cards, VISA cards, Google Play credits, and more. On Maru's homepage, you will see the dollar value of rewards awarded to members the month before; this typically numbers in the tens of thousands of dollars.

Redeeming Your Points

When you reach 5,000 points, you can redeem your points for a $50 denomination of your chosen reward. Rewards are delivered via email within a week of request.

Refer Your Friends to Rack up Points

Refer your friends to the community, and earn 200 bonus points. Successful referrals are defined as those who have confirmed their membership and participate in at least 2 surveys within their first month of membership. Nothing after 8 months.... If I count the number of surveys I do per month,I'll get my 50$ after 13 months or later.For a comparison,I only have to save 0.25$ every day to get 60$ after 8 months,so it's pretty easy to get more money without doing any surveys.Don't waste your time!

I find this crap...Angus Reid takes way too long to cash out your rewards..they make you cash out at $50 which took me over a year to do..you're lucky if you get 1 survey a month...way too long...not enough surveys...waste of time

I've been a member of Angus Reid for several years and it has been a great experience. The surveys are high quality and interesting. I've never had any problems redeeming rewards. Sometimes the survey invitations seem to slow down but it's always worth the wait.

Angus Reid appears to have stopped paying earned rewards. They say they will pay but do not. This have been true for 4-5 months and they have removed all individual contact links.

Late last year, I applied to redeem my "survey dollars". When I visited the site recently, the survey dollars were still sitting there, but couldn't be redeemed because I had already applied. What I finally determined is they had credited my Aeroplan account for points, even though there is no mention on the site of Aeroplan as an option (has it been discontinued? who knows). The redemption was fairly good, so I will keep doing the surveys, but I hate dealing with a company whose record of my account is so confusing.
