Members of Mindfield are invited to participate in surveys or focus groups. Surveys usually take 5 – 15 minutes to complete and vary with their rewards given, but you could earn up to $10 per completion. Focus groups may be rewarded up to $100 for participation.

Product Testing Opportunities

Mindfield occasionally offers product testing opportunities to their panel members. Product testing assignments involve being sent a product to test out, and completing a survey about the product. Most product tests award a cash incentive in addition to the product itself.

Cash Rewards

Incentives with Midfield Online surveys come in the form of cold hard cash or Amazon certificates! All rewards are distributed in US currency. Once you have earned a minimum of $5.00, you are eligible to cash out your account. The reward system is as follows:

Once you join Mindfield online internet panels, you may receive periodic emails regarding "Survey Cloud" opportunities which will state how many survey opportunities Mindfield has available directly and through other providers, along with the total value of all these studies (typically in the thousands of dollars). Visit the Survey Cloud every day for new daily survey opportunities.

I have been with Mindfield for years and have only cashed out a few times, but recently completed a month long product test that was worth $30. They are pretty slow at turning pending surveys into completed surveys, but I had been checking daily and noticed that my pending surveys had turned into "not credited". After reading the reviews about customer service, I felt defeated already. I sent an email anyway, asking what the issue was and to my surprise, the next morning I received a reply that the full $30 had been credit to my account. I requested a cash out to my Paypal account moments later. I am very, very pleased and have some faith restored in Mindfield.

I make copies of all my pending payment surveys to make sure I get the payment, but when I look at the list after a while the pending is gone and it says "not credited". But I completed the survey. I don't like the implications. Their excuses are flimsy at best.

I wondered why my credit hasn't shown up and went to web site and found out that all the last surveys I completed were disqualified for some reason and I was never notified by Mindfield. Waste of time - they get the data and then disqualify to save money for themselves.

I joined Mindfield a long time ago, and recently rejoined. They've just recently added a "personal survey cloud" where you can try for surveys housed outside Mindfield, but I seldom qualify for those. Qualifying for Mindfield is hit or miss, but there's enough of surveys to make up for that. So, as some other people have said, it does sometimes take a while for your survey amounts to post as earned instead of pending. The survey amounts are most commonly between .50 and $3, and you can cashout starting at $5, which is nice. So, I went to cashout $25 the other day, and it showed up in my Paypal account the next day! I've never had a cashout happen that fast, and it's my first with them, so I don't know if it's a fluke or not, but I do recommend them.

I have been with them for two months and I have made $1 and if that isn't bad enough, it's still in pending status! Recently they have started sending me a lot of surveys, for which I never qualify, I ended up just wasting my time on them.
