Members of Mindfield are invited to participate in surveys or focus groups. Surveys usually take 5 – 15 minutes to complete and vary with their rewards given, but you could earn up to $10 per completion. Focus groups may be rewarded up to $100 for participation.

Product Testing Opportunities

Mindfield occasionally offers product testing opportunities to their panel members. Product testing assignments involve being sent a product to test out, and completing a survey about the product. Most product tests award a cash incentive in addition to the product itself.

Cash Rewards

I have had enough to cash out once. Surveys are always "just reached our limit" or closed by the time you attempt.

By far the worst survey company I have ever used. I have been a member for a very long time and they used to be a great company. I continue to do surveys, complete them, but am never paid for my participation. I have had $3.00 in my account for over a year, so I logged in to my account and reviewed my "study history" and found I had not been paid for any survey since March 24th for a measly $1. If I ever get to the $5 cash out level, I am out of there!!!

I have completed surveys and have them pending for 8 weeks now. They used to pay out quickly, but now they are taking forever. Surveys used to be good, too, but now most of the surveys take 20-30 minutes for .50 cents. They aren't even worth my time.

There should be no rating for mindfieldonline not even half of star. In fact everyone who have surveys pending for over 2 months should report this site to the Better Business Bureau (BBB.org). They keep blasting your inbox with survey invitation emails, but once you complete their surveys, it's bye bye credit. In the past they used to give credit for completed surveys within two weeks as stated in their emails and if you read their emails carefully they state: "Should you qualify for and complete all study requirements your account will be credited (X amount of $) within 10-14 days"

But that was back in the days and since almost a year they don't respect that statement anymore.

I have pending surveys for almost six months in my account which I have completed and they are still pending. I have send numerous support ticket regarding this issue and they never replied, they don't even bother to send a bogus response. I would suggest anyone having the same problem with this site to report it to BBB.org
