Take Advantage of Different Activities

On the MindMover Connect website there are a variety of exciting research activities to participate in. These include: the discussion forum, online surveys and polls. Panel members can answer polls or even create their own if they have a burning question they want answered!

Online Surveys = Rewards

Every time you participate in an online survey you will be rewarded with points deposited into your member account. The points collected will vary, but surveys are usually worth 50 – 1,000 points each (1 point = 1 penny). This means that surveys usually pay between 50p to £10 depending on their length and complexity.

PayPal, Cheque or Amazon Rewards

When your member account reaches 2,000 points (£20), you may redeem your points via PayPal or Amazon gift card. Note that cheques can also be requested but require a 3,000 point (£30) minimum. Please allow 56 days for a cheque delivery and 30 days for PayPal or Amazon payments.

I've been a member with them for 8+ years but in the last 6 months they have decided not to payout anymore.

Due payment for before December 2019, I've continue to contact them 4 times up to May without hearing a word back. Upon until June where they have now decided to Ban my account without warning or notice with my account sitting with £30+ credited for a payout.

Wish i hadn't been so gullible to think i would finally get a payout, obviously a panel with money issues choosing not to payout its members anymore avoid as best you can!

A couple of surveys sent out a month and usually not eligible. Waste of time as a result. Surveys are low paying as well with a £20 pay out threshold so reaching that will take several years. Much better options available.

Update: Takes that long to reach the cash out that points earned expire so stuck in a constant loop of never cashing out.

AVOID and closing my account.

Similar to Phil who posted February 3, 2020 I claimed on 19/12/19 and I am still awaiting payment. Raised a ticket, followed up with reply saying I had checked FAQ. Ticket marked as resolved but no communication or payment received. Not impressed.

Update: another week, still no reply. all I can say is AVOID.

Been a member for around 7 years - the few months Mindmover have gone rapidly downhill. Have been completing survey partner surveys for Mindmover but have not been rewarded points for doing so since 19/12/19 - I am owed 100s of points - sent many many emails but no response or response is a generic message which does not tell me where my points are? I have seen loads of members complaining that they have been waiting for £20 reward for over 3 months - no payments are being sent out and no points are being rewarded for any surveys you complete. AVOID!!!!

So sad to report that this company has become an utter shambles. I have been with them for 10 years and they were one of the best and if you did have an issue, customer service were prompt, fair and efficient.Now like many others I am owed over £30. Redeemed £20 on the 19/12/2019, still not received although they said they have redeemed all request. Raised numerous tickets, not acknowledged and no reply.
I still get invites to surveys, around 6 a day but no points are added to my balance.
They are ignored now, what a pity you cannot take legal action against them.
