Take Surveys, Earn Points

Surveys generally take between 10-40 minutes. The longer the survey, the more points you stand to gain! For each survey you successfully complete, you will earn between 10-400 points for your participation. 100 points is the equivalent of approximately $1.00.

Redeem Your Points for Flexi eGift Cards

With 1,100 points ($10), in your account, you can request an instant cashout for a Flexi eGift card. These cards can then be converted into other retailer gift cards including Apple, Woolworths, Myer, Coles, Dominoes, Playstaion, David Jones, JB-Hifi, and many more. Flexi eGift card codes are e-mailed and are available in denominations of $10, $20, $50, and $100. Get Paid By PayPal, Instead

If you prefer to get paid to your PayPal account, when you have 2,000 points in your account, you may request a $20 PayPal payment. With 10,600 points you can request a $100 payment. The processing time for PayPal payments can vary, while Flexi eGift cars are issued immediately after request.

Cash Prize Draws

Sign up and each successful survey completion will give you an entry into the quarterly $5,000 cash prize draw in addition to the points you are credited for the survey. The draw happens quarterly.

Refer-a-Friend Program

Earn up to 500 points for referring friends and family! All your referral has to do is sign up and complete one survey for you to collect your points.

Loyalty Program

MyOpinions offers a Loyalty Status program where as you complete more surveys, you progress to a higher loyalty level. There are currently 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Platinum Plus. The higher your level, the more weekly bonuses on surveys you will receive, up to a maximum of 10%.

Why my account was terminated all of a sudden when I went too redeem for a $20 e-gift voucher on the 4/10/2018. Seems a bit suspicious that I was taken directly to the Terms and conditions page when redeeming my points for a voucher. Seems to me my-opinions doesn't want too pay-out and terminates peoples accounts too save money (personal-gain) for themselves. I have been a loyal member for many years and only too have this thrown-in my face like some sort of criminal. Thanks a lot.

Signed up and completed hours of surveys then tried to redeem for a $50 rewards E-card only to have terms and conditions appear and then my account was closed. avoid if you don't want to waste time and effort for no rewards has happened to quite a few people. avoid

Dear MyOpinions Support,

It is now 4 business days since you said that you would have my account back in 2-3, you are already over your stated resolve time.
Reading the many reviews from your members who have been victim to the same treatment as I, “having their membership terminated”, it seems your practices to accuse members of violation of your terms and conditions are common place! Especially when members try to cash out! And of course there is only your word to judge your actions. Seems very suspicious when members are suddenly terminated as soon as they try to cash out their hard earned points!

I expect my membership including all my earned points to be reinstated within the next 2-3 business days otherwise I will be making a complaint directly to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission. I look forward to your resolve within the timeframes stated.

Good evening,

A short while ago I was a member of myopinions until I tried to cash out
with 5000 points. I was directed to a terms and conditions page with
nowhere else to go, the cash out process seemingly not processed.

I tried to go back to my account but couldn't so I tried to log back in
only to get a webpage message telling me that my membership has been
terminated as a result of the violation of the myopinions Terms and
Conditions. Can you please explain when and how it is determined that I
am in violation?

I spent months trying to earn money from surveys through My Opinions Surveys. I earned $50 and then tried to redeem it. When the money was not credited to me after a week or so I complained several times by email, only to be IGNORED!! Do NOT get involved with this organisation. Companies seeking surveys through My Opinions please note that they are doing this.

I have been using MyOpinion surveys for s short while as I have become disabled and use online surveys to relieve boredom and make a little cash to get us between paydays. I had no problem with this or any other site until I went to redeem $10 and got a pop up saying my account had been terminated due to a breach of Terms and Conditions. Emailed straight away and asked why as I had not to my knowledge breached any terms. Got one email saying it was being reviewed and hoped to reinstate my account in 2 to 3 business days. Over a week later I emailed again only to be told about these apparent breaches which I do not believe occurred and that my account was suspended indefinitely. There is no explanation as to which particular offense it is you are supposed to have committed, just take your points, suspend your account and tough luck. Very disappointing
