Simply enter your email address and desired password on its home page to begin the registration process. I've redeemed over 100,000 points with ZERO problems. I send a detailed email every year to get MyPoints for TaxAct software. They always give me the points. Never had a problem. To get points, ALWAYS remember to go through the MyPoints website. My only problem is the "surveys". Spend time answering questions, only to find I "didn't qualify".

The good news is MyPoints credits your account automatically once you finish a survey. The bad news is there isn't that many surveys available. To cash out on a $10 Amazon gift card, you have to have a balance of 1,590 points in your account but it takes a very long time to build up those points to get the gift card. I've been taking surveys with MyPoints for well over a month now and am at 547 points. At that rate, it will take another two months of filling out surveys just to cash out.

on 12/26/2016 without warning they reduced my points by over 5800 points without any explanation.when i inquired as to why they promised an answer in 3-5 business days. in stead they deactivated my account again without explanation

I just tried logging into mypoints account and it did not accept my email or password. I have been a member since 2000 and I find it hard to believe that my account was cancelled but don't know. I was building points by doing ncrave and searches I cashed out on Dec 1st for 25 pay and today when I was there earlier mypoints were 3300. I doubt their customer service is any good but this is DISGUSTING no reason for them to cancel my account and zero word on how or why. Sighs deeply..

I spent over $2000 on macys.com through mypoinns.com, which pays 12 points per dollar. However, they only gave me 5 pts/$, and I am not joking when I state that I have already emailed them about 10 times regarding this issue, and every one of their responses is more ridiculous than the previous. They have asked me for account screen shots to prove that the purchase was made ~ although they have a record of the purchase, and the issue is not that it was not recorded but the amount of points they gave me. Most of the time, they just send me a scripted response that is completely irrelevant to my concern. There is no customer service phone number, although with the quality of support this place provides, I am sure it would be an equal waste of time. The last straw was last week, when I redeemed my remaining points for two $10 CVS gift cards ~ and received two email messages that my cards are being 'processed'. There is no processing stage, and my gift cards have always been available immediately after points redemption. I have asked about this as well, and have received incorrect scripted responses. I am not sure if the savings are even worth it, since attempting to resolve these issues is so tedious and time consuming, and feeling like I am talking to a brick wall is frustrating. I am writing a letter to the corporate CEO at this point - attempted to email him, but it looks like my email was rejected because it is not in his accepted sender list.
