You earn enough for a £5 gift card every month and you don't need to do anything, except for a few optional surveys which pay very well (300 points/£1.50).

I made my first redemption request this morning and received my Amazon gift card within 20 minutes.

Customer service answers if... They answered when I could not login, but didn't for missing points / conflicting info in my account, BUT points magically appeared.
FAQs do not really tell you how many points you'll receive (on purpose?) but once you start you discover that it's less than a fiver per month 2 devices, for example, so quite poor on the overall, even with their 'quarterly' bonus!).
I don't have problems in running their app/browser extension.

Ever since May of 2021, when I purchased a new cell phone, the Nielsen Computer and Mobile panel has not worked. Not only that but I have been ignored by technical support after submitting several requests but I am not able to access the points I've earned. This site is not one you should trust.

Registered for this panel months ago and installed the app. Tired to redeem the rewards but could not log on to the redemption site. Contacted customer services who advised the link would be sent 7 days after the app was active. Months later still no activation email and customer 'services' now refuse to answer my, pleas. They take your valuable data and simply will not unlock rewards or even communicate.

It's a lot of work to earn points. You can use your points to enter monthly drawings for many different things. And you are also automatically entered into monthly drawings for various amounts. I won a $25 gift card once over the last year or more.
Be prepared to put in a lot of effort. You have to scan every purchase and certain stores require you to enter the price for every item you buy.
For example I shop at WinCo for groceries and can have 100 items or more that require me to enter the price for each item. It is a real pain to have to do this as I put my groceries away. Wal-Mart on the other hand only requires me to scan each item before I put it away. But fruit, veggies, meats and bakery items requires you enter the prices. Other places you just scan the bar code on the receipt.
If you are lucky and win things regularly it's a cool deal. If you are unlucky like me it's a lot of work for no reward.
