Survey Taking Experience

Collect Your Points

Most OneOpinion surveys pay the points equivalent of $1 to $5 ($1 = 1,000 points), so you’ll hit the 25,000 point threshold needed to start redeeming your rewards quickly if you are an active member of the panel.

When new online surveys become available, you'll be e-mailed a survey invitation which will state the topic of the survey, the number of points offered for completing it, as well as the approximate time it'll take to complete. Even if you end up getting screened out of a survey, One Opinion will still reward you with points! This will help you reach your rewards goals faster.

Earn Points for Disqualifications

If you get screened out or are disqualified from an online survey, OneOpinion will still compensate you. Earn up to 250 points per day (50 points x 5 disqualifications) for screen outs.

Get Your Points Immediately!

After you complete an online survey, your reward points will instantly be loaded into your account. These points can be traded in towards great rewards from the OneOpinion Rewards Program.

Take Part in LOTS of Surveys

If you qualify, and your profile matches the studies criteria, there may be a new survey for you to take every day. Partner surveys are also available, which will help match you to additional studies.

Can’t cash out

June 19, 2020 by Julie from United States

I had accumulated about $36 in rewards and suddenly stopped receiving emails. I've tried multiple times to cash out and use the chat too, but it never works. I’m assuming they’ve suspended my account as well. I would avoid and try a more trustworthy site.

Horrible Site

June 16, 2020 by KATHY from United States

I had over $36 in my account and suddenly stopped having surveys to do. After emailing them, they closed my account and kept all the information I gave them through many surveys, and kept the money too. Below is the last response I received after requesting payment.

We took the aforementioned action after reviewing the accuracy and attentiveness of your account activity. As a renowned market research provider, we take the validity of our research data very seriously and needed to take steps to address the matter.

We appreciate your time on our panel but, as previously stated, we unfortunately have no option other than to permanently suspend your account along with your account balance.

Wants Google PlugIn

June 13, 2020 by Robin from United States

Customer service is rude and nonsensible. I've noticed before every survey they want me to download a Google plugin and I've refused every time and I never get a survey completed before it gives me some excuse, so I've wasted a lot of time. Ipsos kicked me off quite rudely when I didn't opt-in for their extra plug in. One Opinion is doing kind of the same thing, they may not kick you totally off, but you aren't going to get anywhere. If I'm going to download an extra plug in for a company to read everything on my computer then I should be compensated for that. Thinking of getting a cheap computer just for this stuff. At some point all the survey companies are going to be doing this stuff. You are wasting your time with this company if you don't want to give them permission to your life story.

Okay

June 10, 2020 by Lilly from United States

This site used to be better, but not so much now. They do pay out and there are surveys. One problem is the new automatic customer service which basically denies all of your complaints. I finished a survey (a very long one) and was disqualified at the end and tried to get answers, but the automatic system just denied my complaint and there is no way to talk or email someone. Also most of the surveys are longer than what is shown. One survey was suppose to be 20 minutes but ended up over an hour. Other surveys are now varies and no information of how long the survey is or the number of points each survey is worth. Would suggest to cash out as soon as possible and be selective on which surveys you answer.
