Survey Taking Experience
Collect Your Points
Most OneOpinion surveys pay the points equivalent of $1 to $5 ($1 = 1,000 points), so you’ll hit the 25,000 point threshold needed to start redeeming your rewards quickly if you are an active member of the panel.
When new online surveys become available, you'll be e-mailed a survey invitation which will state the topic of the survey, the number of points offered for completing it, as well as the approximate time it'll take to complete. Even if you end up getting screened out of a survey, One Opinion will still reward you with points! This will help you reach your rewards goals faster.
Earn Points for Disqualifications
If you get screened out or are disqualified from an online survey, OneOpinion will still compensate you. Earn up to 250 points per day (50 points x 5 disqualifications) for screen outs.
Get Your Points Immediately!
After you complete an online survey, your reward points will instantly be loaded into your account. These points can be traded in towards great rewards from the OneOpinion Rewards Program.
Take Part in LOTS of Surveys
If you qualify, and your profile matches the studies criteria, there may be a new survey for you to take every day. Partner surveys are also available, which will help match you to additional studies.

I have been a member since 2018 and this was my go to survey site. All of a sudden I haven't been getting any surveys and when I cashed out 50,000 points for paypal they cancelled the order and now refuse to refund my points and will not answer my emails.
When I contacted them over a month ago they told me they froze my account due to my browser. I have always used the same laptop and haven't switched browsers. They "activated" my account and I figured I better cash out my points right away since I have noticed everyone on there facebook page complaining and that's when they cancelled my paypal order and refuse to give me my points back. Vindale did the same thing to me and kept my $50. I suggest if you have any money in these survey sites cash them out right away and don't let them accumulate like I once did.

A week ago I completed a survey, but no points were given. Their Emily - computer response - couldn't figure things out, but wrote that a staff member will be contacted. I also wrote an email to them, but didn't get a reply.
Next 2 days no surveys were available to me. I asked Emily who responded that my account was temporarily suspended. There is no reason that they could have suspended me. So I wrote them an email asking for the reason.
Today I received a response that they system flagged me because of browser issues. I used the same browser as always and even tried their site using another browser, Chrome, but I am still blocked.
I tried Emily again who wrote that they are having "having an issue with the certification licensing on our site".
Looks like they aren't going to operate anymore and that people like me who have points won't be able to redeem the points.
Follow-up: They unblocked me after a week, but again I have problems with them. They didn't give me points for a long survey, and right after I asked about it, they blocked me from taking more surveys and they canceled my request for the $25 Paypal payment I was eligible for and had requested.
So now they don't give the promised points and they don't pay out as promised.
Beware of this site!!!
They finally fixed the problem. But now there is a problem again:
They didn't sent the payout and don't reply to emails anymore. They used to sent the payout to Paypal in 3 days, but now they didn't payout at all.
Plus they didn't respond to my email and email reminder for a week already.
But they keep sending emails asking to fill out their surveys. No, I won't fill out any of their surveys anymore without them paying as promised.

I have been a member of One Opinion since 2014. I have always thought of One Opinion as the best survey site available. I get sent several surveys from One Opinion, but when I click to do a survey, it tells me "There are no surveys available at this time. Thank you for your time" Well why am I getting a survey sent to me only to tell me there are no surveys available. This is happening to someone else I know for about a month also. My problem has been going on for one week. I try to contact administration through chat box, but it doesn't work. I try clicking on "Contact Us" and write my inquiry and the message doesn't go. Just sits there. What is going on with One Opinion lately?

Like many, I have been a long time member of this panel, collecting regularly, and yet now, for the last week, every time I click on a survey invite there is nothing there but a message that they are adding surveys all the time. Really? It has been more than a week and nothing, no responses, and looks like I am out a lot of time and money.

Many surveys, often times 7+ in a day. Rewards sent withing 3-5 days of requesting. Over the past 4 days, close to 50 invites (including 15 on Feb. 6)...but when accessing surveys, site says that none are available. Why send invites if no surveys are available?
