I took a 1 hour survey. Now a month later I still haven't been paid. They won't respond to email, calls, or voicemail. Dishonest

Addendum

After many emails and I'm unanswered voicemails they sent me $60. They owed me 175. After more emails they paid the remainder. The participant shouldn't have to ask repeatedly for payment.

I took part in a Zoom 1hr research interview nearly a month ago, and nothing has yet been credited to my account (payment was supposed to be $200.) I contacted customer support approx two weeks ago and they informed me the survey was still open.
I've been doing this kind of surveys/interviews for many years with lots of companies and this is by far the slowest to pay. For example, I did one very similar last week with user testing.com and a week from completion I got paid my $100 and it's ALWAYS consistent, I NEVER have to chase them and ask what's going on.

I have now taken 3 surveys that apparently concluded and no record of my time spent. When I contact support, I have been told that I am on an unsecured wifi or I completed the survey already. If that is so, I should have been given that information instead of wasting my time. This seems to be a third party firm using this site to get participants. Overall a waste of time and dishonest responses.

UPDATED REVIEW

I am leaving a new review as this company was responsive to both my email and review here. My giftcards were delayed but I got them the very next day I emailed and that was great.
Mistakes and delays can occur so I won't hold it against them :)
What mattered the most to me was being able to talk to a live person, getting an email response just like they said, and getting my rewards.
This tells me that they are a legit company, they care about their consumers, and they are professional.
I will continue to take services with Opinonsite as they respect my time and value me as a panel participant.
