Rewards for Surveys

You’ll earn between 50 ($0.50) and 300 ($3) points for each survey you complete, depending on its length. Some surveys do not award points, but rather, offer donations to charities. OpinionWorld gives you the opportunity to earn points by watching videos and offering your feedback on video advertisements. The rewards are minimal, but it’s a nice low-effort addition to the website that you might enjoy and can help you reach your cash out goals sooner.

Real World Missions

Depending on your location, you might be able to earn points by completing ‘real world missions’ while you’re out and about.

Most missions of this nature involve sharing information about shops and other customer-serving businesses. You'll need to connect your mobile device in order to participate.

Redeeming Points

The minimum points or dollars redemption threshold is $10 USD (or equivalent in Canada), unless there is a lower redemption option available for a certain reward. Threshold amounts vary in countries outside of the US and Canada. The points conversion is 100-1. This means that the value of every point is $0.01. So if you have 250 points in your account, it will be worth $2.50 (though this amount may vary if you are outside the USA).

Members who choose to redeem their earnings by PayPal or for an e-gift certificate, often receive their payments instantaneously, or within a few hours. Physical gift cards usually take approximately 2 weeks for processing and mailing.

Survey Lengths

Surveys vary in length, however most surveys take between 10-15 minutes to complete. You can expect to receive paid surveys in your inbox anywhere from once a week to once a month, depending on your demographic profile.

I am sorry to write this- though i have been paid regularly earlier by the Survey Website earlier. I have had a very bad experience making me rate the website/panel badly.
I earned and completed many surveys and opted for a redemption voucher on Amazon in Sept 2016 details as follows:

I received a voucher which was already a used voucher- I have been communicating with the helpdesk executive Ms. Tara and have not got any resolution. I have not got the redemption value. they just beat round the bush asking same questions and are unhelpful, resulting loss of my rewards, time and efforts.

Great site for indians
Payments are extremely fast you get vouchers within 24 hrs
You don't get any cash payment option as its mention on survey police website
But this site has great customer service
Survey are extremely good and better than any other website

I am from India and now a days online market are increasing day by day and peoples are really looking for good offers in Online, Opinion World here plays a important role for me whenever I had redeemed my 500 points i.e, equivalent to Rs.500 for amazon or flipkart i had purchased online something for daily use purpose and balance points of it carry forward for another redeem. its really a great site.

I've only been using OW for a short time but I'm not impressed by the lack of rewards i.e. I've done loads of surveys and none of them were rewarded with points, just prize draw entries and charity donations.

Update (Oct 2016): I did persist with this website and finally reached the minimum payment amount recently, at which point I cashed out. I won't bother doing any more surveys as I found the overall experience to be very unsatisfactory because the email invitations are so misleading i.e. you are drawn in by an offer of reward points but when you actually complete the survey you find that it's turned into a charity donation only, plus a prize draw entry; sharp practice, in my view. A small proportion of the surveys do credit the promised points and I was determined to reach the minimum payout, so I stuck with it for 18 months - a ridiculously long time to qualify for a payout. If the surveys do genuinely benefit charities then I guess that might be a good incentive to some people, but I don't think the time and effort is worthwhile - I'd rather just donate cash directly to the charities. The OW emails also bring a wry smile to my face sometimes i.e. when reading this line that they use when declaring the "reward" i.e. "1 donation to a charity of your choice at no cost to you" - I should jolly well hope they wouldn't charge me to donate to the charity as well as spending my time completing the survey; bizarre! And, no, I didn't win anything in the "prize draw" either...

Opinionworld is best for a new user as there are quite a number of surveys to do at the beginning. They have a survey milestones (25) that gives you 300 points, which is equivalent to about 9 Singapore Dollars outrightly. However, the rate of surveys i received once i completed over 40 surveys, seems to have fallen drastically. One significant plus point - at least for me in Singapore, is that paypal rewards are credited sometimes within just a few hours, to at the longest 3-5 days. In around 4-5 months i've joined, i'm cashed out around $85. Not too bad.
