I was a very active panelist for QM for almost a year. By active, I mean multiple invites for surveys per week, in which I qualified for many of them. I went ahead to take a $3.10 (if memory serves me correctly) survey for an I-Say/Ipsos 30 minutes on skin care and makeup brands. I spent over 40 minutes on this survey, having to fill out blank boxes and after 40 minutes, during the last few final demographic questions, the page stalled, I then received an error. I emailed QM at once, giving them details as to what happened. This was on March 1st. I sent at least 13 emails to them, trying to get them to look into what happened and credit me accordingly. They gave me the run around and sent me the usual copy and paste email for a month and ignored every email I sent after March 30th. They never gave me an answer of any kind, an apology for the inconvenience or anything. Nor did they say they looked into the error. They have no respect for the panelists! Don't waste any time or energy with this company! They are beyond rude and could care less! My last email to them was May 1st and after being ignored again, I closed my account. I sent that email to a different email support in hopes to receive support from someone. It was forwarded but never answered as far as I saw as I never received a reply! No respect!

On top of that, the surveys pay less and less. Many recently were for a nickle for 5 minutes that would take 15.

Took over 2 months before finally qualified for the minimum payout. Low paying surveys (if you qualify) and was opted out/closed out/redirected too many times to make it worth the time spent. They did payout promptly and fast as why I gave them a higher rating.

I joined it, surveys would pop up but half of them wouldn't work and it was the same type all the time, I think they are fake surveys like someone said below but I don't know. I just quit/gave up after a few weeks of trying to access the surveys.

I am currently stuck on £4 and have been for five months now. I get sent a survey maybe once every few weeks but have not qualified for any of them. The redemption rate is £8 which on first glance seems more than fair, but the time it takes you to actually make that £8 doesn't make it worth it. Unless I get a sudden and regular influx of surveys, I will wait until I can cash out my £8, then not bother with Quest Mindshare anymore. I find 'Opini' to be a very similar panel with the same redemption minimum of £8, and a lot more favourable than this site.

Most of the survey links either redirect to different surveys or closed surveys. I tried many time here, but it was always a waste of time.
