Receive Cash or Gift Cards for Your Participation

By completing surveys and participating in other research opportunities, you will earn points which can be redeemed for PayPal payments or digital gift cards (though your first reward will automatically come in the form of a payment check). You may request a reward with 25,000 points, worth $25, in your account. This is PointClub's minimum cashout. Alternatively, you may request your rewards at the 50,000 ($50), or 100,000 ($100) threshold levels.

  • Payment check: The first time you cash out your rewards, you will receive a check in the mail. This is done to verify your address and is the first and only time PointClub will issue a payment check to your address (sent by US mail).
  • Earn gift cards: PointClub has over 200 gift card options available that you can exchange your points for. These include Amazon, Tango, Walmart, Home Depot, Target, Macy's, Lowe's, Sephora, Google Play, and many, many more. Visa prepaid cards are also a prize option. You may request a gift card with as little as 25,000 points ($25) in your account. Gift cards are only available as e-gift cards.
  • Get paid by PayPal: If you prefer cash, you can opt to receive a $50 cash payment made to your PayPal account. This will require 50,000 points and a 2% withdrawal fee will apply.

Survey Taking Experience

Earn Points for Surveys

Every time you participate in a PointClub survey, you will earn points redeemable for gift cards or cash. You can earn anywhere from 200 to 5,000 points per survey completion. Surveys typically take between 5 - 30 minutes to complete. Your points will be awarded once a survey fully closes, so you may have to wait up to 4 weeks before your points are available in your account.

At any time, you can view your current approved points, point status, and points needed for redemption by viewing your PointBank on the sidebar of your account dashboard.

Points Value: 1000 PointClub Points = $1.00. Therefore, each point is worth $0.0001.

Tons of Survey Opportunities Available

At any time, you may log into your account to view a list of online surveys available for completion. You will also be notified by email when you may qualify for a new survey, but it's a good idea to log into your account regularly to check for opportunities.

Get Points for Screen Outs

If you get screened-out, or disqualified from a survey, PointClub will still credit your account with 12 points after 5 unsuccessful attempts. This counteracts the frustration of spending time on the start of a survey only to be dismissed with no compensation.

Easy Redemptions

Once you have reached the minimum of 25,000 points needed to redeem, a button will appear in the sidebar of your dashboard. A weekly distribution model for rewards is followed so that redemptions requested throughout a week are collated and sent ahead for further disbursal to Club members in the immediate/following week. That means that you should never have to wait more than 7-10 business days to receive a gift card to PayPal reward.

PointClub has really improved over the last year. Great surveys, if you do not qualify you still earn points. They have added several fun surveys over the last year.

Awesome for the first 10 months!

This site was awesome for the first 10 months! I earned a whopping 14x payouts of $25.00 US = $32.00 to $32.50 CAN in the first 10 months of 2019, then it came to the last 2 months...I had earned 3x payouts (waiting for payment) for the last 2 months. I was able to go to the website, log in, do surveys, see my total go up, but once the $25.00 US amount was reached I was prevented from cashing out. I wasted the last 2 months (Nov. + Dec.) & lost a whopping $96.00 to $97.50 CAN - I needed that $ for Xmas Presents!

"Streak" counter is badly flawed so don't count on it holding for you

There are levels of bonus points given as credit for logging in every day. If missing a day, the bonus level you've earned will drop back to the prior one or more if missing more than one day straight. HOWEVER, the CONSISTENT PROBLEM in this area is that one will be dropped from valid streak credits for NO good reason whatsoever. I have signed in (first out, then in, to be sure it registers) every day for 50 days and I was still kicked back on bonus levels 3 times -- as if I had not signed in on some given day, whereas I certainly had. NOTE: Customer service has NEVER YET responded positively to any occasional righteous complaint brought to their attention since I've joined (such as late disqualification etc) And... this last time I got kicked out of bonus level as if I hadn't signed in for 3 days was the very day after I had sent them a diplomatic email about this issue which had happened also a few days earlier, and... the email was sent as logged in FROM THEIR SITE which means I HAD TO have been signed in. The rest of the site's functioning is okay enough but it's irritating to be consistently dunned levels of participation bonus credits when not justified.

NOTE (UPDATE) Since leaving this review, PointClub has corrected the problem for me from where it had been, and they restored my streak credit level to 7 (from wrongfully taken down to 2 - this refers to degrees of streak totals) The reason given me related to time zone differences generating the errors. They were ethical enough to take (and validate) my word for what had happened, I have upgraded my review to 3 stars from the original 2. On the other hand, something else to note since I'm here offering my review is that: there have been occasional (luckily, not often) incidences of full survey's effort points not being provided due to what seems can be a very arbitrary take on quality of answers. At least I can say so in my case, when I answer thoroughly, diligently and honestly and yet get the equivalent of a nickel after having given ALL my demographics AND opinions on what might be complex and multi-optioned answers, be carried through to the end and told I'd completed it by the survey program, and then get that nickel. I wonder if this is a clients way to use a survey service to get something for nothing to some degree of their payout contract. Don't expect PointClub to go to bat for you in such cases. But as I said, it's not all that much, though after attempting to take many surveys in one session until one is initially qualified, and KNOWING one's participation was of quality, to be shorted and then unadvocated for in adjustment of points can be frustrating, to say the least. There are other survey companies who don't take such an all or nothing line in these matters I have read on this site.

Please be advised that when we say a survey/mission was rejected due to Quality reasons, the Honesty of a PointClub member is not at all being doubted. If there are any deviations observed or responses entered were not even close to the set requirements that of survey sponsors, a survey is likely to be deemed as disqualified, and is said to be rejected due to Quality Parameters not being met.

With due respect and by no means, intentions of any Club member are not being targeted!

We're confident that you being a tenured member of the Club, knows how to compensate for such instances and has quickly achieved it by completing furthermore surveys.

GOOD SITE BUT!

I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER OF POINT CLUB FOR OVER A YEAR NOW, TAKE A LOT OF SURVEYS EVERY DAY, HAVE AT ON TIME ACCUMULATED 75000 POINTS WHILE WAITING FOR 25000 REDEEMED TO BE APPROVED. ONCE THE POINTS ARE APPROVED I DON'T KNOW WHY THEY HAVE TO BE RE-APPROVED BEFORE YOU GET YOUR REWARDS BUT THEY DO. I HAVE CONTACTED THEM AND NEVER GET A SATISFACTORY ANSWER EXCEPT TO SAY THAT THE IT TAKE 7-10 WORKING DAYS. BUT THE ONLY WAY I SEEM TO GET MY MONEY IS CONTACT THEM AND ASK WHEN? I REDEEMED 25000 POINTS ON 7/16/19 AND ANOTHER 25000 PTS ON 7/18/19 AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PAYOUT AND HAVE CLOSE TO 75000 POINTS WAITING TO BE APPROVED. IF THEY COULD GET THE PAYOUT PROBLEM CHANGED THEY WOULD BE THE BEST SITE OUT THERE AND RATE 5 STARS. THEY ARE NO BETTER NOW 11/25/2005 THAN WHEN I WROTE THIS LAST YEAR AND I DON'T SEE HOW SURVEY POLICE CAN TOUT THEM AS A GREAT SITE

As always, best efforts are made to keep all those factors aligned so that a timely disbursal can be done. But there may be instances wherein, unavoidable factors may lead to slight delay in rewards delivery and we do regret for it.

Points lack third of

On their site you cannot click on these surveys or rockets surveys. Cause when you do it goes to a page that says: About:Blank#blocked every single time . Google says this is because the links are not valid links. I've been stuck on my point totals of 16880 forever numerous surveys well over the 6 week nonsense no other survey sites does this that I've participated on. Also for 5 weeks now all of the sudden I've never qualified for any surveys that come thru my email. I mean any of them also btw I've got 13000 points awaiting review.....almost all are well over the 6 week waiting nonsense. Of course they will respond with some generic response also all the links to contact them gets returned with addresses unknown. I finally used the survey email they sent to respond back and if course generic we will look into it ... really lol . And yes I've told them all the surveys I'm short on that are over the 6 weeks limit . And yet another we will look into it. That's just sad.

The error ‘About:Blank#blocked’ directly points toward adjustments that are needed in the web browser settings and shall make the surveys work again.

About the pending ones, 6 weeks is the max time quoted for major projects. However, we’ve been working hard to fetch approvals within 09-10 working business days.

Further, repeated disqualification from surveys is a matter of concern and it needs your account to be examined for the root cause behind it.
