Receive Cash or Gift Cards for Your Participation
By completing surveys and participating in other research opportunities, you will earn points which can be redeemed for PayPal payments or digital gift cards (though your first reward will automatically come in the form of a payment check). You may request a reward with 25,000 points, worth $25, in your account. This is PointClub's minimum cashout. Alternatively, you may request your rewards at the 50,000 ($50), or 100,000 ($100) threshold levels.
- Payment check: The first time you cash out your rewards, you will receive a check in the mail. This is done to verify your address and is the first and only time PointClub will issue a payment check to your address (sent by US mail).
- Earn gift cards: PointClub has over 200 gift card options available that you can exchange your points for. These include Amazon, Tango, Walmart, Home Depot, Target, Macy's, Lowe's, Sephora, Google Play, and many, many more. Visa prepaid cards are also a prize option. You may request a gift card with as little as 25,000 points ($25) in your account. Gift cards are only available as e-gift cards.
- Get paid by PayPal: If you prefer cash, you can opt to receive a $50 cash payment made to your PayPal account. This will require 50,000 points and a 2% withdrawal fee will apply.
PointClub Advantage All e-gift card deliveries and PayPal payments should take no longer than 7-10 business days to process.
Survey Taking Experience
Earn Points for Surveys
Every time you participate in a PointClub survey, you will earn points redeemable for gift cards or cash. You can earn anywhere from 200 to 5,000 points per survey completion. Surveys typically take between 5 - 30 minutes to complete. Your points will be awarded once a survey fully closes, so you may have to wait up to 4 weeks before your points are available in your account.
At any time, you can view your current approved points, point status, and points needed for redemption by viewing your PointBank on the sidebar of your account dashboard.
Tons of Survey Opportunities Available
At any time, you may log into your account to view a list of online surveys available for completion. You will also be notified by email when you may qualify for a new survey, but it's a good idea to log into your account regularly to check for opportunities.
Get Points for Screen Outs
If you get screened-out, or disqualified from a survey, PointClub will still credit your account with 12 points after 5 unsuccessful attempts. This counteracts the frustration of spending time on the start of a survey only to be dismissed with no compensation.
Easy Redemptions
Once you have reached the minimum of 25,000 points needed to redeem, a button will appear in the sidebar of your dashboard. A weekly distribution model for rewards is followed so that redemptions requested throughout a week are collated and sent ahead for further disbursal to Club members in the immediate/following week. That means that you should never have to wait more than 7-10 business days to receive a gift card to PayPal reward.

I spent months earning points on this website, only because it TOOK MONTHS FOR THE POINTS TO GO THROUGH TO MY ACCOUNT. There were lots of surveys,which was very nice! When you complete a survey it goes to pending FOR A VERY VERY VERY LONG TIME. So, after PointClub completed all my survey points, I redeemed a $25 visa prepaid giftcard. I redeemed it on August 10th 2019. IT'S BEEN WAY OVER A MONTH AND I DID NOT GET ANYTHING. I checked my e-mails and seen NOTHING. I contacted PointClub and it appeared to be that they were not answering me. Well, today I go into my e-mails to find out that PointClub did e-mail me back! They told me I should have received my giftcard on August 21 2019. So, I check my emails, and I DID GET IT. But.. IT WAS IN MY SPAM FOLDER. So, I was happy they do actually pay out. I click on the link I was sent in my email and I can not redeem my gift card BECAUSE I HAVE TO VERIFY IT WITH AN EMAIL I DO NOT HAVE. Someone else REDEEMED MY GIFT CARD OR POINTCLUB GAVE ME A USED GIFT CARD.

Please be advised that majority of surveys we have are from US based companies and you being an International Member, may have to wait for surveys to be made available from companies in your Country. That may have got a bit longer than usual for you to reach the threshold of redemption.
Further, survey clearance depends on how many respondents participated and the complexities involved in it. Hence, if you come across points going over standard wait time, then please contact us immediately. In general, points that go beyond specified wait time are the only ones wherein project is live. Results can only be approached for, once a project comes to an end.
Delivery of reward requested, is quoted to utilize a maximum of 10 'Business/Working' days. However, it is our continuous effort to make it at the earliest and we did deliver it way before on the 08th 'Business/Working' day to your registered email address. It is recommended once again that you add our email address ([email protected]) to your safe senders list, so that emails from PointClub get delivered straight to your inbox rather than landing in Junk folder.
Moving forward, delivering a used Gift Card is technically impossible! If the verification/security code from www.prepaiddigitalsolutions.com is being sent to an email address you may not have access to anymore, then in that case, you may proceed for a new wallet creation using a new/desired email address. This in turn shall get the redemption part sorted and you may further be able to utilize your Gift Card.
At the end, if there are any concern(s) left unsorted then, we request to reach out our customer support team with the subject line "URGENT ATTN: SANA". I would like to take care of all your other queries myself.

If you're going to waste your time and be met with one excuse after another for payment, this is the place for you!! You will qualify for maybe one of every 15 surveys. Then wait up to a month for the points to clear. If you dare cash out, wait another at least 10 days and then have to contact customer service for your money. So far, my first cash out took nearly a month of proving my identity including submitting court documents to get paid. The site doesnt even have a profile on customers to fill out or to measure against. Im in the middle of my second cash out where ive been met with excuses that they are backed up in payments past their 10 business day window. Ive got a third AND FINAL cash out approaching and am already anxious about what excuses I will be told. VERY disappointing. They should be reported to the BBB.

In order to ensure that the rightful owner of a reward gets benefited from it and keep our PointClub members data safe, OTP (One Time Password)/redemption code concept has been deployed for. Further, your second successful redemption was very much cleared on September 20, 2019. Distribution of rewards involves a lot many aspects in getting them delivered to PointClub members. But there may be instances wherein, unavoidable factors may lead to a slight delay in rewards delivery and we do regret for it.

It takes way too long to get paid on this site! The points that you acquire from each survey must be manually approved by someone, who works there. The process is extremely slow! I had surveys points pending for months before I got credit. It also takes way to long to reach the $25.00 minimum. It took me at least a whole year to reach the $25.00 minimum even though I was doing surveys on there every week. Don't waste your time with this site like the way I did! There are much better survey sites out there that will let you cash out with a $10.00 minimum, or no minimum at all!

Traditionally, survey data can take anywhere from 4 days to 6 weeks to officially “clear” with a client, depending on how many respondents took part and the complexities involved. I've been using PointClub for several months but am fed up with them. Rewards for completed surveys stay in Pending almost forever. When they finally do pay out it takes much longer to receive the reward than what their website states. Currently I cashed out two weeks ago but the payout remains in holding. I wrote to the company and received the following: "We recorded an unusual number of cash outs this time and is the main reason for the delay caused. Really apologize to say this time it will take quite some time for the payment to release." This is very poor business practice by PointClub and I'd advise anyone considering this site to beware.

Further, there was a sudden rush of cash outs in the month of June 2019 that had reduced the pace of reward distribution, but were never put on 'hold'. We worked hard, and succeeded to streamline rewards delivery as it was before.
Also, rewards dated 2 weeks from now were very much cleared and delivered to the members who had placed a redemption request. Therefore, request you to reach out our customer support team with the subject line "URGENT ATTN: SANA". I would like to get in touch with you and double check for your concern(s) myself.
