Receive points for joining, points for confirming your email, and extra points for completing the short profiling questionnaire, for a total of 5,000 points, or $5.00. This is a particularly generous sign up bonus compared to those offered by most of PointClub’s competitors.
Receive Cash or Gift Cards for Your Participation
By completing surveys and participating in other research opportunities, you will earn points which can be redeemed for PayPal payments or digital gift cards (though your first reward will automatically come in the form of a payment check). You may request a reward with 25,000 points, worth $25, in your account. This is PointClub's minimum cashout. Alternatively, you may request your rewards at the 50,000 ($50), or 100,000 ($100) threshold levels.
- Payment check: The first time you cash out your rewards, you will receive a check in the mail. This is done to verify your address and is the first and only time PointClub will issue a payment check to your address (sent by US mail).
- Earn gift cards: PointClub has over 200 gift card options available that you can exchange your points for. These include Amazon, Tango, Walmart, Home Depot, Target, Macy's, Lowe's, Sephora, Google Play, and many, many more. Visa prepaid cards are also a prize option. You may request a gift card with as little as 25,000 points ($25) in your account. Gift cards are only available as e-gift cards.
- Get paid by PayPal: If you prefer cash, you can opt to receive a $50 cash payment made to your PayPal account. This will require 50,000 points and a 2% withdrawal fee will apply.
PointClub Advantage All e-gift card deliveries and PayPal payments should take no longer than 7-10 business days to process.
Survey Taking Experience
Earn Points for Surveys
Every time you participate in a PointClub survey, you will earn points redeemable for gift cards or cash. You can earn anywhere from 200 to 5,000 points per survey completion. Surveys typically take between 5 - 30 minutes to complete. Your points will be awarded once a survey fully closes, so you may have to wait up to 4 weeks before your points are available in your account.
At any time, you can view your current approved points, point status, and points needed for redemption by viewing your PointBank on the sidebar of your account dashboard.
Tons of Survey Opportunities Available
At any time, you may log into your account to view a list of online surveys available for completion. You will also be notified by email when you may qualify for a new survey, but it's a good idea to log into your account regularly to check for opportunities.
Get Points for Screen Outs
If you get screened-out, or disqualified from a survey, PointClub will still credit your account with 12 points after 5 unsuccessful attempts. This counteracts the frustration of spending time on the start of a survey only to be dismissed with no compensation.
Easy Redemptions
Once you have reached the minimum of 25,000 points needed to redeem, a button will appear in the sidebar of your dashboard. A weekly distribution model for rewards is followed so that redemptions requested throughout a week are collated and sent ahead for further disbursal to Club members in the immediate/following week. That means that you should never have to wait more than 7-10 business days to receive a gift card to PayPal reward.

A lot of people do not like how Point Club handles their surveys and payouts. In their defense just let me say that I haven't earned a point that I have not been paid for. Yes, you have to wait longer than most panels for your cash out. They do have a 25.00 threshold for Paypal and they do take a while to verify your payment request, but in a week to 10 days, it will be there in your account. For me, they are good for 25 dollars about every six weeks or so. It is not my best producing panel but it is consistent. They even give you 12 points if you fail to qualify for a survey and over a month's time that can add up. Point Club also has good customer service, they get back to you quickly if you have a problem. Exhibit some patience and you can earn some money on Point Club.

I have never experienced a site like this before, was excited to join sent a email explaining that I didn't receive the 5k points upon registering, followed everything to the letter.
Upon completion of the steps I don't receive the 5k get an email a day later saying the sites security flagged my account and it's has been deactivated.
I will change this rating if the team behind pointclub solve this and have given me what is owed in points, will not change my mind of this site not being a legit one till then.
PointClub responded to this review on September 26, 2021
Dear Lanny,Our servers are designed in a way to keep members data double safe. Hence, any severity recorded may lead to a temporary pause on the PointClub account.
However, one can get rid of all those flags by going through a simple security check as asked for and can be back on track as per routine.
A due reply has been sent across to your registered email address asking for some basic information needed for us to conclude this for you.
Feel free to approach us for any other concern that arises, and we'll be happy to help!

I was a member with Pointclub for a few years. I used to like them. It WAS a decent survey place. I liked them and gave them a good rating here. I am here to update that rating. I can no longer login to my account for some odd reason. I tried sending an email for my password and surprise, surprise - it was trying to say there was no such email there. So then I tried filling out the help form and it never went. So in other words I wasted a few years and countless hours with a survey company whose standards apparently went right down the toilet and took the points I had there with it. I honestly would not waste your time here, because that's exactly what you will be doing. Get out - run while you can!

This survey site does not seem to respond to questions anymore. Last time they took 10 days to respond, but they didn't address the issue. Now after 4 weeks of me having contacted them they still didn't respond.
The site states about not qualifying or getting terminated from surveys: "If you have been terminated fewer than five times from surveys that day, though, you will recieve 12 points as a consolation." (Exact copy including their wrong spelling.) However, whenever I don't qualify for a survey after having tried surveys the previous evening, I don't get those promised 12 points. They don't keep their word. I have mentioned it to them, but it's still the same.
And although they state that it "can take up to 4-6 weeks for the review process to complete and for the rewards to post to your account", it usually takes much longer than 6 weeks.
So I'm just carrying on with them till I reach the next pay-out level, and then I'm going to quit that site. It's not worth the trouble.
UPDATE 1: Concerning PointClub's response to my review:
It's not at all that I don't understand their qualifications for their gesture points. I only wrote in this review and in my emails to them about the 1st 5 failed surveys/day that I answered several pages of questions for, but then was disqualified.
Another example of PointClub's way of doing things: Recently I emailed them that I didn't get those gesture points for a disqualified survey on a certain day, and they responded that their records show they did give me the points. I disputed it and said my page shows I didn't get those point. They then sent me a screenshot of their page and claimed that this shows I received the points. That screenshot actually showed that I was given 0 points. So I again emailed them that their screenshot supports what I had written. Then finally they gave me the points.
All this shows me that their site is unreliable and wastes a lot of time. I"m done with them.
UPDATE 2:
I see that PointClub deleted their first response to my review and wrote another response instead. Then they emailed me a list of the gesture points I received and asked me to reply concerning it by email.
In the list they sent me they only report the gesture points I received, they don't report any of the times I didn't get the gesture points for disqualifying which happens every time after having disqualified the previous evening. It's as if their system counts the next day as part of the previous day or evening. Even considering a time difference between the East and West Coast, it shouldn't create that problem, because I don't get those gesture points even after 20 hours. I have emailed them several times about it, but this issue is not solved.
So their report is not the full report and doesn't list the times the gesture points are not given, but should be given. Those times are on my history page on their website, though, marked with 0 points. Occasionally in the past, when I emailed them about it, they added those gesture point manually, but this takes extra time, so I just stop trying any surveys for that day.
Since they don't fix the issue and haven't responded to my emails addressing it, I'm cutting out of PointClub as soon as I get my last reward. In addition to that, quite a few of their surveys disqualifies people only after over 3, 4, or 5 minutes, and sometimes even after 1/2 hour. Recently I was disqualified after 34 minutes, and it's not that I've been careless or hurried. The survey said that I completed it, but didn't give me any points, and when I contacted PointClub about it, they told me that I didn't complete it and was disqualified. It doesn't happen with any other survey site that I'm disqualified after 1/2 hour.
Another thing that happens not rarely with PointClub: After having filled out several pages and then being disqualified for that survey, instead of bringing you back to PointClub and giving you the 12 points for trying, another survey appears that you again don't qualify for, and then another survey again, and yet another one (I usually give up before that), all without getting any gesture points.
There are too many things happening on PointClub that make it not worthwhile the time.
PointClub responded to this review on June 18, 2021
Greetings for the day!Hedwig, the list emailed was for you to go through the gesture points credited ever since your day 1 in the Club. Hence, that should have helped you identify the days you did not get points against disqualified surveys.
Our servers are tuned to adhere PST hours and is an automatic credit mechanism followed for 12 gesture points against 05 failed surveys in a day. Thus, no need to wait for prolonged hours to receive the credit and just need to ensure you are logged in sync with the time zone.
We at PointClub have always extended our support to every corner of the club and following the same steps, manual credit(s) was/were applied to your account.
Our goal is to provide the most accurate data to our survey sponsors. Hence, any deviations to the set/required parameters leads to Disqualification or points being Invalidated.
With due respect, we at no point of time have the intention of taking away points from our members, till the time any severity is/are recorded in the answers supplied and that may further lead to rejection from survey(s).
For further doubts/concerns, reach out to our customer support team with the subject line 'URGENT ATTN'. I would like to get in touch with you and double check it myself.
Happy to help!
