The QuickThoughts app is available on both Android and iOS. It is available for use on both mobile phones and tablet devices such as iPads. The app has been downloaded more than 1,000,000 times on Google Play, and has paid out millions of dollars to its members.

Rewards Offered

Earn Amazon gift codes and Apple gift codes in exchange for completing surveys. Once your account reaches $10 (£10 in the UK), you may request a code. Reward redemptions are instant; after you request your Amazon e-voucher, you will receive it immediately.

The app offers rewards of gift cards from Amazon or Apple. Note that if you are on an iOS device, you will only have the option of redeeming your rewards for Apple rewards.

Types of Assignments

Although QuickThoughts primarily offers mobile surveys, sometimes other opportunities are offered, such as shopping assignments where you could be asked to take pictures of products on store shelves. Other shopping assignments such as taking in-store polls near you, or providing feedback on your shopping experience at a local store, are also available.

Survey Lengths and Compensation

Mobile survey lengths vary, but typically take anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes. Surveys award between $0.50 - $3 each. You will even receive $0.10 if you are screened out!

Occasionally, some surveys may offer sweepstakes entries in lieu of points. You will be alerted to this before you begin your survey.

Donate to Charity!

As people become more dependent on smartphones, I'm expecting that there will be more survey apps coming out. This app is done by the same people that do Opinion Outpost and Opinion World, so the screening questions are identical to the ones you go through on those sites. I've used this for several months now, and I have to say that out of a sparse offering of survey apps out there so far, this one is relatively polished and without glitches for the most part. I've only had a survey not post payment maybe once or twice, but because it's on mobile, unfortunately it's kind of hard to record any information that might help you get that dollar posted to the account, so consider it lost. Also, most surveys pay $1, whether it's 10min or 25min. I've only seen a survey for $1.50 maybe twice and that was 30min! So, for that, and for an occasional lost dollar, that's what I took he half star off for. Now for the good parts! One difference between QuickThoughts and OpinionOutpost is that you can only get Amazon money here; (there's no Paypal.) Also, when you sign in, there are usually several surveys ready to go. If you have any experience with some other smartphone survey apps, (like Surveys On the Go, or Survey.com,) they have very few surveys to offer usually. Another plus is that the payout threshold is $10 - and when I got to $10, and requested payout in Amazon bucks, it showed me the code on the screen instantly, and also sent me a copy of the code to my email, just in case. So, for a low threshold and immediate payout, that is pretty cool! Overall, it's one of the best survey apps for smartphones out there so far, and I highly recommend it!
