Survey Lengths and Frequency

I had first heard good things about this site, so i joined. My very first 3 surveys i was taking allowed me to complete up to 96% then when I was asked about my race and if i was of Latino origin i answered yes then the very next 2 questions asked if i was fluent in English and Spanish and when i answered yes, all of a sudden the survey decided it was not suitable for me! And mind you this happened 3 times in s row!

Been a member for a long time and I enjoy it. It takes awhile to mount of your points but they send it right away.

Greetings,

I have been a member of Maru Springboard America for over a year and never had a problem. At the end of October I tried to log in to my account and was denied access.
When I want to enter Maru Springboard America I am told that I am being terminated for violations of its terms and conditions, because the surveys are answered lightly, because an error was made in shared IP, vpn, vps etc. which I think is incorrect(false). because the automatic system would have detected it long ago, these errors. Instead of contacting me and telling me there was a problem, they simply canceled my account without warning.
I have always been in a good position to contribute to giving correct and honest opinions to you and I do not know any reason why my account should have been canceled. I hope this is a system error because I have accumulated points that I have acquired throughout the year. I am sending this email to Maru Springboard America on November 2nd asking to be able to activate my account and redeem the points I have earned. If they want to cancel my account it would be unfair, however I want to redeem the points I earned during the year.
